I knocked and opened the it, and my eyes fell upon an older male teacher I didn't know. "Can I help you?" He asked, obivously annoyed that I'd interrupted his class.

"Well, I'm sorry to interrupt, but Ms. Bailey wants to talk to Liam Payne." I scanned the room and, sure enough, I caught Liam staring at me with a grin. Although, as soon as I finished my sentence, the smile on his face disappeared and now he was looking nervous. Well, that made me a tad bit cheerier.

"Um..." The teacher turned around and scanned the room as well, and pointed his finger at Liam. "You. Go," He said and continued lecturing before Liam had even stood up. He cleared his throat as he did, walking toward the door, and smiled at me when he was sure no one could see him.

"Hi Nora," He said and I couldn't help but breathe out a laugh; I was pretty sure he was the one calling me Nora this morning as well.

"Liam." I nodded at him and shoved my hands into my pockets after closing the door. This was going to be the longest walk through the school I've ever had.

"Did you tell everybody about me?" Liam asked after a few seconds, and I literally stopped in my tracks to make grimace at him; he thought I'd told everyone about him, just... What?

"Excuse me?" I raised my eyebrows at him as he watched me with a slight smile on his face.

"I've asked a few people about your name, and all I got were weird looks," He said, never losing his goddamn smile. Was he happy that no one would let him know my name? Still, a smirk appeared on my face at the thought of him going around asking about it.

"Oh, yeah, I've got the whole school against you," I said as I started walking again, not really waiting for him as he scurried behind me to catch up and walk beside me. I became a little pissed off when I noticed he was brushing his arm against mine purposely; he really couldn't take no for an answer.

"Why though? You're not actually in the mafia, are you?" He asked as I crossed my arms and tried to think of a sassy answer.

"Oh, but why would I joke about that?" I said as I licked my lips, and caught Liam staring at them as I looked up at him. He quickly blinked, trying to cover up his gaze, but I knew better than that; he was staring.

"Why would you tell me about it though? I could go to the police and tell on you." I laughed at his choice of words, and found myself a little desperate to find a way to sink him.

"You sound pretty intelligent for someone who failed a test," I said and glared at him, to which he responded with a confused slash shocked slash worried look in his eyes.

"I-what? I failed a test? Is that why you're calling me?" He said but I only looked around the hallway, whistling, pretending as if I'd no idea what he was talking about. I did that a lot when I lied.

"Only one way to find out," I muttered casually, while Liam was freaking out beside me. I abruptly stopped in front of the Ms. Bailey's classroom, which caused Liam to bump into me. "Hey!" I protested as he took a few steps back. "Sorry," He retorted, and I walked him inside, rolling my eyes. I knew it was my fault he bumped into me, but it was more fun watching him apologize than apologizing myself. I was so evil, why was I so evil?

"Good morning, Ms. Bailey." Liam smiled politely as our teacher turned to the sound of the door opening.

"Hello, Mr. Payne. Thank you, Ms. Dustin, you can take your seat." She smiled at me, and I smiled back as I sat down in front of her desk, and observed as she talked to Liam. Mostly it was her asking him to explain what he had written down, and why he'd written it. It was quite amusing; a nice amount of his answers were plain ridiculous.

In the end, Ms. Bailey sighed uneasily, while Liam looked like he had seen a ghost. I couldn't blame him though; from what I'd heard, he wouldn't be getting more than a C...

"Here you go. C+," Our teacher said and I had to hold back a laugh at Liam's face; he looked terrified, with his eyes widened and his lips slightly parted. Why was I finding that so amusing? Was I really that evil?

"Work on that," Ms. Bailey said as everyone else stood up at the sound of the bell ringing, indicating the end of class.

"But... I...?" Liam stuttered and I almost felt sorry for him; almost. "Booyah," I muttered, loud enough for him to hear me, and I could practically feel his eyes on me as I walked out of the classroom. Now I felt sorry for him.

Liam's POV

I watched her as she left my sight, and shook my head as I walked out as well. I was quite surprised at how persistent she was; quite a challenge, to say the least. But if she thought I was going to give up because she keeps sinking me, oh boy, was she wrong.

I'm going to find out her name, I thought, even if I have to drag it out of her. I was becoming slightly tired of just sitting in the back of the classroom and staring at her, whenever we had Music.

Though I can't say I've ever had a girl that didn't want to tell me her name, except if she really didn't want me to know it. Nora over there? She was just playing hard to get. She just wanted me to keep chasing her, while all she did was drive me crazy.

I liked it.
