Shadows POV
It took a lot for me not to stand up and start beating the shit out of that faker but I held myself back. Amy seemed to be having fun and I didn't want to be the one to ruin it. We sat and talked for a while before others started arriving. First it was tails then knuckles, cream also eventually showed up. I was surprised that rouge was this late especially since knuckles was already here.
" so Amy are you and shadow official?" Cream asked
"Yup we are officially dating " she said as she looked at me smiling
I couldn't help but to give her a quick kiss.it seems I had made a mistake because the whole room erupted, well everyone but sonic.
"Awe you two are so cute !!!" blaze yelled
"I would have to agree with blaze on this one" silver said smiling
" I ship it " cream said
"Who would have guessed Amy and shadow would end up together" knuckles said
" if rouge was here she would die !!!" Blaze yelled
"Where is rouge ?" I asked
"She said that she would be back later tonight " knuckles said
Just as he had finished his sentence I remembered eggmans little mission. She must have went with him. I hope they really didn't go up to the ark... I snapped out of my thoughts and looked at Amy.
"I wounded when she will be back " Amy asked
"Soon I hope, it seems so quiet without her " blaze said
"I'm sure she won't be much longer " knuckles said
"Well I'm starving so we should go ahead and eat" the faker said standing up
"Alright come dish up everyone" blaze said
Everyone got up and walked into the kitchen except me. I watched Rose carefully as she got her food.i noticed sonic getting closer.she looked back at him then back at her plate.i watched his hand as he placed it on her waist. My fists tightened up. I started walking over to them and sonic saw me. He took his hand off her waist.but Amy had already beaten me to it. She turned around and pushed him
"Sonic don't touch me like that" she said
"It was a accident sorry Ames " he said
It was obviously a lie but it was able to fool Amy.
"Just don't do it again" she said as she walked over to me.
"Hey guys lets go outside its starting to get dark" silver said
"Good idea" blaze said looking at silver

Amy's POV
We all went outside and sat in the grass. Tails and sonic were trying to figure out which firework they wanted to light first. I turned and looked at shadow who was sitting next to me.
"Thanks for coming Shad" I said as I laid my head on his shoulder
"No problem Rose" he said
"Okay guys time for fireworks !!" Silver yelled as he lit the first one. Shadow and I sat and talked for a while until sonic called me away.
"Hey Ames can I talk to you? ....alone " sonic said holding out his hand.
"Yeah sure " I avoided his hand as I stood up. we walked away from everyone.
"Ames I just wanted to let you know that you look really nice tonight" he smiled
"Aaaaaand you couldn't tell me this over there ? " I asked
" Shadow would get all mad" he said looking into my eyes
"...true .... But he means well " I shrugged
"And plus I just wanted to do this...." He grabbed me and tried to pull me in for a kiss. I turned my head and put one hand on his chest.
"Sonic st-"I started but I was interrupted by shadow kicking sonic in the face.
"What the hel-" sonic started to say as he got back up to his feet
" get the fuck away from Amy! Your lucky I'm not killing you right now !" Shadow hissed
" oh shadow you know you have no real chance with Amy " sonic spat
" oh really ?" Shadow said as he walked closer to sonic
"Yeah she is just dating you to make me jealous! She has loved me for years, do you really think she is going to give up this for ....that " sonic said pointing at shadow
"Sonic stop I don't lik-" I said
"Shh no Amy it's okay to tell him " sonic said looking at me
"What's going on ?" Silver said as he and the others walked over to us.
" sonic I suggest you shut the fuck up before I smash your face in" shadow said
" why can't we just enjoy the fireworks .." Silver said quietly
" you couldn't do anything with out your chaos emerald "
"I don't need it to kick your ass" shadow said as he took it out his pocket and tossed it to me.
" Fight ! Fight ! " knuckles yelled
"Sonic just let it go!" Tails yelled
" then let's go ultimate life form " sonic said as he got into his fighting position
" alright faker " shadow spat
Sonic threw the first punch but shadow dodged it and kneed him in the stomach.sonic stumbled backwards. Sonic ran back up to shadow and kicked him . shadow took a step back and clinched his fists. Shadow quickly took a few steps forward and punched sonic in the face causing off him to fall on the ground.
"Had enough yet? " shadow asked
"We are just getting started" sonic yelled as he got up
Shadow punched sonic again causing his mouth to bleed. Sonic looked at shadow, you could see the anger in his eyes as he ran up and tackled shadow. Shadow kicked sonic off and stood up
"Wait...." Shadow said looking up at the sky
Sonic saw his opportunity and punched shadow. Shadow took a step back still looking at the sky.sonic rammed into him trying to get him on the ground.
"Stop you fucker" shadow yelled as he grabbed sonic and threw him to the ground with ease.
"What's that noise rouge ? Is everything okay !?" Knuckles yelled into his phone
" I can't hear you that noise is too loud ... Where are you ?" Knuckles added
" the ark......" Shadow said quietly
I looked up at the sky and saw a huge ship, it was flashing red.
