"Saph. Wake up. Hey,gising na." Naramdaman ko ang paulit-ulit na pagyugyog niya sakin. Tsk. I was still having a good sleep until this woman came,trying to wake me up for like five minutes already,i think. Ang pinakaayaw ko pa naman sa lahat ay yung dinidistorbo ako sa pagtulog ko. "Saph. I know you're awake already. Get up!"

Can't she just leave me alone and let me go back to sleep?! It's still early and my body is too lazy to get up. My eyes are still heavy and I badly want to go back to sleep. Late akong nakatulog kagabi,I'm lack of sleep these past few days!

"Sapphire. Wake uuup!" Dahil sa napuno na rin ako at naririndi na ako sa boses niyang paulit-ulit akong ginigising,I aggressively got up from bed and threw dagger looks at Gianna. She gave me a forced smile and gave me a sign of peace before saying,"Good morning?" It wasn't even a greeting,it was more like questioning.

"Don't you know I've been lack of sleep lately and still freakin' tired? Antok na antok pa ako and yet you kept on waking me up when you're already aware that I don't like that kind of thing." I said in a high tone. Napakamot siya sa batok at tumingin sa baba. "Now,you should have a valid reason why you woke me up this early." I crossed my arms,still throwing dagger looks at her,waiting for her to answer me.

"Iiiih. Sorry na. Kasi naman ano... Yung ano mo.... Hehehe. Si Lolo Felix mo nasa baba,kanina pa at pinapata----" she's playing with her hands while she said that. I cut her off nang banggitin niya ang pangalan ng matandang yun. So,siya pala ang punot dulo ng dahilan ng pagkagising ko ngayon ng maaga. Damn! Ano na naman bang kailangan ng matandang yun?

Umalis ako mula sa higaan at hinanap ang tsinelas ko. Kinailangan ko pang tingnan sa ilalim ng kama yun bago ko masuot. Mabibigat na hakbang kong tinungo ang pintuan ng kwarto at binuksan. Ramdam ko ang pagsunod sa akin ni Gianna at ang pagsira niya ng pintuan. Bad mood na bad mood ako ngayon. Disturbuhin mo na ang lahat wag lang ang puyat at mahimbing na natutulog. Nakikita ko siya mula dito sa staircase na prenteng nakaupo sa pang-isahang sofa,umiinom ng kape at nagbabasa ng dyaryo. Dali dali akong bumaba at lumapit sa kanya.

"What took you so long?" napaismid ako sa tanong siya. Well to honestly tell you old man,I was having a good sleep,enjoying my company at my dreamland when I was awaken for the reason that you're here.

"Eh kasi po tagal magising ni Sapphire." Rinig kong sagot ni Gianna. Masama kong tinignan ang matandang nasa harap ko na prenteng nakaupo lamang. Ibinaba niya ang dyaryo at tinignan kaming dalawa ni Gianna. He smirked. "Don't I get a good morning from my wonderful apo?" he looked at me with his dark eyes,expecting that I would welcome him open arms. He really has grown old. Mas lalong dumami ang wrinkles niya kaysa nung huli naming pagkikita.

"Why would I? You ruined my morning,old man. Tss. Just tell me your reason why you had to come here this early." I crossed my arms while patiently tapping my foot.

"Hays. Still disrespectful. When will you ever learn to respect me,Sapphire." I can  hear authority in his tone of voice. I'm very much aware that I disrespect him so much. I never liked him eversince. He keeps on persuading me to follow his steps in ruling Hart's Mafia. Ayoko nga. It would be a pain in the ass. Too much responsibilities. I hate those kind of things. Being their so-called heir sucks.

"Rerespetuhin lang kita pag naging kulay puti na ang uwak at naging matamis na ang asin." Inirapan ko ang matandang nasa harapan ko.

"Ah... Eh... Lo,ano nga po palang kailangan niyo? Hehe." Napatingin ako kay Gianna nang tanungin niya yun. Mas mabuti pa't sila nalang ang mag-usap. Aalis na sana ako nang magsalita si tanda,dahilan para mapatigil ako.

"Oh yeah. So I came here to personally inform the both of you that starting next week,you won't be going to Grayson University anymore." I looked at him with my forehead creased. What? What is this old man saying? "You heard me right. I've decided to transfer the both of you to a much better school that would suit the both of you,and most importanly it would enhance your skills." Nagkatinginan kami ni Gianna. Unlike me,there's excitement visible in her eyes. Seriously?! "Your parents have been informed already and they're fine with it." How can Mom agree to this old man?!
