I'm not even joking when I say I'm a literal nerd

So I had a science test this afternoon on everything we've learnt in physics this year and I hadn't been able to revise thanks to my science book going missing (but that's besides the point, we found it in the end).

I usually think I'm gonna do badly on this kind of test because I'm expected to get As across the curriculum by June 2017 (which isn't as bad as being expected to get A*s but still a lot of pressure) and even though I get good scores, sometimes I think a B grade isn't good enough (even though the course I hope to take in university says I need As and Bs on average).

When I told the teacher what I got on the test (because for some reason we have to mark them ourselves which isn't a smart idea because some of us can change our answers to get higher grades), I got a secure A and that is the first time I've felt content with my efforts in science since I heard I was expected to get As.

THE FIRST TIME.

Now that's what I call being a nerd right here XD (not saying all nerds are like this, it's just what I consider to be nerdy about myself)
