New to school,
nobody ever knew,
that's when I saw you.
Violets uprooted,
suddenly came in full bloom,
that effect heavenly,
forgot the word doom.
Spent time with you,
like I never knew,
inside I felt something new.
Your face was as bright as day,
finally had the guts to say,
I remember it was 23rd May.
the wait seemed like an eternity,
her face was full of serenity,
felt like I have no felicities.
when your message popped up,
and it said yes,
I was relieved of every stress.
Half a year seemed like a second,
how did you become so blatant,
it all seems so distant.
Like an epidemic he came,
made me look so lame,
he made our relationship look a shame.
Now he's the light,
and i'm the dark.
He became bright,
while I remain stark.
