When Olivia got home later that evening, she had planned on looking over Sonya's file. She had been so caught up in the cases after hers, that she couldn't remember if Grafton was sentenced to death (which she hoped he was)

But, when she got home, she noticed Elliot getting Noah ready to go somewhere

"Hey what are you boys doing"?
Elliot picked up Noah," well I know that today was hard for you, so Lucy is going to watch Noah tonight, and I am taking you out to dinner" smiled Elliot kissing her
"El you don't have to, I'm fine" smiled Olivia
"Liv, go take a shower and put something really nice on, tonight is about you" smiled Elliot

At the restaurant
"You look beautiful tonight" smiled Elliot
"Thank you"
"Are you okay Liv "?
"Yeah I'm great! I just sometimes can't believe this is my life" laughed Olivia
"Well believe it"smiled Elliot
"Did you take flowers to Sonya's grave"?
Asked Elliot
"Yeah... It's so hard to think that it's been five years. I know that I have see and experienced a lot of death with this job, but seeing Sonya there on that floor..."
"Liv, I know trust me. Sonya was a good person"

After dinner they made their way home. Little did Olivia know, but Elliot had a surprise for her.

They walked into their dark condo which lit up from the bright moon and busy city lights. Rose petals were spread through out the condo.

"El what is this" smiled Olivia
"There's more" Elliot replied leading her by the big glass windows, that she loved.

Elliot turned on music and they began to dance. 

"What made you want to do this" asked Olivia
"You deserve it"
"El..."
"Wait, before you say anything else, I need to tell you something. For years you have been the only bright thing in my life, even when we were apart. I know that you have felt the need throughout certain times in you life to run, and so have I. I ran out on you five years ago because I was to coward to tell you I loved you, and I have for seventeen years Liv. " Elliot stepped back and lowered to one knee

Pulling out a ring, "what do you say Liv? Wanna stop running? Will you marry?

Olivia pulled him up. Yes, I will marry you" she smiled
Elliot slid the ring on her finger and pulled her into a kiss

"I love you" whispered Elliot
"I love you too El" smiled Olivia

Olivia woke up tangled in sheets and wrapped in Elliot's arms. She looked over at the clock that read 3:30am.

She got up and slipped her black silk robe on and went into her office. She sat down and slid a box from one of her drawers. In it she pulled out the two obituaries for Sonya. She read them like she had done every year, except this year, she realized that one obituary had said Sonya would be buried in Forest Lawn, and the other one said she would be buried at stone crossing, which is where Olivia went every year on the anniversary.

Olivia sat back in her chair. How had she not realized this years ago? Was this just a typing error? Was she reading it wrong?

Was Sonya Paxton still alive?
