Chapter 6

Stiles woke up early, he looked over to where the doors opened and saw that Minho and Alby were running into the maze, Newt was there to but he was just chatting to them! Chuck woke up as well,
"Hey Stiles!"
"Why would Alby go into the maze?"
"I don't know I'd ask Newt,"
He went back to sleep again and Stiles went over to Newt,
"Newt why would Alby go into the maze?"
"Alby knows what he's doing, alright?"
"No but he's not a runner!"
"Don't you see Stiles? Alby knows what he's doing, he knows better than any of us, like you've heard yeah? The box sends up a newcomer every month, that means someone had to stay in the glade alone for a month, that was Alby!"
Newt walked away.
Stiles walked over to were Chuck was sleeping,
"Chuck you awake?"
"Yeah,"
"Why does Newt seem annoyed?"
"I'm sorry I don't know, Stiles,"
He went back to sleep, and Stiles sat on his bed for a little longer, just lying down, staring at the big walls that surrounded them...

A few hours later

It was late and Minho and Alby had still not returned, It also started to rain heavily, Stiles and the gladers were all hiding under the shelter,
"Newt, why aren't they back yet?"
"They'll make it!"
"But, they are supposed to be back by now!"
"They'll make it,"
The rain finally stopped falling, and the boys made there way over to the walls and watched carefully for any signs off Minho and Alby,
"There!" Someone shouted,
"Minho, yeah!"
"Wait a minute, it looks like something's wrong," Stiles said
Minho screamed,
"Come one Minho you can make it!" Shouted Chuck, the boys all started shouting, Minho carried an unconscious Alby along the maze's floors,
"You're gonna have to leave him!" Shouted another boy,
The doors closed in, there was no chance of Minho getting out, the doors edged closer,
"We need someone to go after them!"
"WE CAN'T ITS THE RULES!" Shouted Liam.
Stiles didn't listen, just as the doors were about to close, Stiles ran for it, he ran inside the maze, he got in without getting squished, the doors made a bang noise when they closed,
"Well done greenie, you just got yourself killed..."
