Chapter 8:Just Get In The Closet...

{Aria POV}

There I sat wrapped in Jaden's arm watching the television. I am so glad that everything is finally back to normal. I've missed him, and we've missed each other. "So I have one question..." I said looking at him. "What?" "This whole thing with....Amaya." I started. "Aria, don't worry. I'll handle that." He said. I let out a sigh of relief. That wasn't exactly a subject I wanted to discuss. "So what are we doing today?" I asked him. "Whatever you want." He said pecking me on the lips.

The next morning I woke up to get ready for school. I took a quick shower, and flat ironed my brown curls until it was long and straight. I threw on some black jeggings, a beige sleeveless button up, and some nude Steve Madden combat boots. When I finished getting ready I waited for Jaden to pick me up and rode with him to school.

When school was out Jaden was going to give me a ride home so I found him talking to Mona and Diggy so I went to wait for him. Now Jaden didn't know I hadn't told them about us, and if he did he'd wonder why. "Hey guy's." I said walking over to them smiling. "Hey, Aria!" Mona said giving me a hug. Diggy did the same and it was awkward for me since Jaden was right there. He cleared hs throat and I pulled away. "What you guy's doing after school?" I asked. "Homework." Mona replied. "Nothing." Diggy added. "Aria you still need that ride?" Jaden asked. "Yea." I nodded. "Ok then, I'll be waiting." He said pecking me on the lips. When he walked away Mona squealed in disbelief.

"You guys are going together again?!" She asked grinning. "Yea..sorta." I said laughing. "What do you mean sorta. He kissed you. That ain't no sorta. Especially since it was in public."" She said rambling on. "Ok Mona,geez." I exclaimed laughing. "I'll catch you around." Mona said giving me a hug then leaving. "Well I'm gonna go too, Jaden's waiting." I said to Diggy. "Wait." He said pulling my arm. "Yea?" "When did you guys....start dating again?" He asked. "Uhm the other day. It's really nothing, ok?" I said. "Sure it isn't, I didn't know you were intrested in him. So all this time you guys were hanging out were you guys together then too?" He asked. "No we were just hanging." "Hanging?" He asked sarcastically. "What's the big deal anyways?" I replied. "It isn't." He said. "Ok then, I'm gonna go." I said turning to walk away.

That was weird...really weird. He acted like he actually cared, and he was asking wayyyy too many questions. As soon as I turned the corner I ran into Jaden. "Hey, I thought you were..in the car." I said confused. "Well I was going, but.." "But you decided to listen to my conversation?" I asked. When I got no reply I assumed that meant yes. "You said it was no big deal." He started. "What?" I asked confused. "You said our relationship was no big deal, and you kept brushing it off like...like you were embarresed or something." He said softly. "What, thats ridiculous! Jaden, I don't care what people think of us. Especially our friends, because they'll be here no matter what." I replied. "Yea well it sure didn't seem like it." He said turning towards the exit doors.

"Jaden." I said grabbing his hand. "Don't make this a big deal ok." "I'm not making it a big deal." He replied. "Good." I said with a half smile. I leaned in to kiss him and felt his hands around my waist. "Me & you and against the world." I said softly. "Just me & you." He replied laughing. "Come on lets go." I said. I grabbed his hand.

{Diggy POV}

"Ok, then I'm gonna go." Aria said turning to leave. I didn't stop her this time. I couldn't believe Aria was going out with Jaden again. I didn't like it. I don't know why, but I felt...betrayed. I felt like she should of told me sooner, but then again who was I? This news wasn't settling in good with me as it had with everyone else. I was heading out the school when I heard Aria and Jaden's voice which caused me to stop."Jaden." I heard Aria's voice say and I saw her grabbing his hand. "Don't make this a big deal ok." "I'm not making it a big deal." He replied. "Good." She said with a half smile. I saw her lean in to kiss him and his hands slide around her waist. "Me & you and against the world."She said softly. "Just me & you." He replied laughing. I couldn't watch anymore. I headed in the opposite direction. Surely there was a back exit.

{Jaden POV}

When I got home I started on some homework, but I couldn't focus. I wanted to see Aria so I decided to call her. "Hello?" She anwsered. "What you doing?" I asked. "Homework, what about you?" "Thinking about you..." "Aww." She said laughing. "Actually I was thinking you should come over in a few..."I said trailing off. "I would, but I can't. I have to finish this homework." She said laughing. "Well then I'll come over and help you finish." I replied. "Haha, whatever you say." She said before hanging up. 

{Aria POV}

I was sitting on my bed trying to finish my homework when I heard a knock on my door. Well Jaden sure did come quick. Only when I opened the door it wasn't Jaden. It was Diggy. "H-hey...what are you doing here?" I asked. "I wanted to talk to you..." He said trailing off. "Well now isn't really a good time..." I replied. Jaden could be here any moment, and Diggy needed to go. "Expecting someone?" He asked. "Why would you say that?" I replied. "The way you're looking for cars to pull up I would only assume...Jaden?" He asked. "Just come in." I sighed hurridly closing the door. "Look, we were just going to study." I said. "Oh cool." He replied sitting down on my couch. "Uhm...Daniel. I don't know if you didn't understand, but you have to go. Like now." I said urging him to get up. 

"You've never done that before." He said looking at the floor. "Done what? You have to go before he get's here." I said anxiously. "Called me Daniel...you always call me Diggy." He said slowly. "Daniel, Diggy, same difference." I said laughing without much humor involved. 'Aria, ever since you and Jaden have started dating again, we've grown farther apart." He said. "Look, now really isn't the time to be discussing this." I said. "Aria you know it's true." He said getting up and getting closer to me. I didn't reply. "What if I messed up..." Diggy said looking me in the eyes. "Diggy messed up what?" I asked impatiently. "When you kissed me...and I told you there was someone else. What if I was...wrong?" He asked grabbing my hand. "Are you serious right now???" I asked . "Daniel-Diggy I just need you to-" My words were interrupted by his lips on mine.

{Flashback Mode}

And at that moment I did that only thing I could do. I kissed him, but he pulled away. "Aria, ....there's someone else." He said no louder than a whisper. "Yea, of course. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to-to do that." I said putting on a fake smile. "I'm sorry if I confused you or something..." He trailed off. "No, best friends right?" I laughed. "I'm gonna go upstairs now." I said trying to keep my composure. When I got upstairs I closed my door and locked it turned on loud music and fell down on my bed. The worst feeling was going through me. Rejection. I didn't stop the tears once they came.

{Flashback Mode End}

Starled by a knock at the door I pulled away. Oh my gosh. What was I going to do? If Jaden saw Diggy here, no telling what would happen. "You have to hide!" I said hurridly pushing him to my closet. "I'm not hiding in there!" He said pointing at the closet. "Oh yes you are." I said firmly pushing him in. He didn't protest he just went in and let out a sigh. I ran to get the door and tried my best not to seem out of breath (fail by the way). "Hey babe! Come on in!" I said forcing a smile. He looked at me weird. "Aria, are you ok?" He asked laughing.

{A/N Ok so it took me forever to update lol. So sorry but I had writer's block and could only write half the chapter until @Prod_Jacob_Justin gave me soo many idea's! I thank her so much.
