Lucy's eyes watered as she walked into the orphanage. Everything looked the same.
"Children come down, we have visitors." Mrs. Korn's yelled.
Wyatt wrapped his arm around Lucy's waist and they heard the children's footsteps trample down the stairs.
"Mar!" Lucy cried out.
"Lucy!!" Martha yelled wrapping her now 8 year old self in Lucy's arms.
"I told you I'd come back for you." Lucy whispered in her ear. "Now, where's those adoption papers?"
"Right here, Mrs. Lee." Wyatt smiled handing her the papers.
"Why thank you, Mr. Lee."
