"Bye, mom," said Tate as she hopped out of the car. She looked over and saw her friend, Ainsley, just getting dropped off, too. Ainsley waited for Tate to make her way to her, and the two walked to their classroom. Ainsley was telling Tate a little bit of what she had done last week, which was Spring Break. As they stepped into the classroom, they were quickly welcomedn by Shaina.

"Hey, guys! I'm so happy y'all got here! I've been having to hang out with the boys for like 15 minutes! Speaking of which, I need to tell y'all something at P.E," said Shaina, stepping aside so the two could get to their lockers.

"Well, I can't wait to hear," said Ainsley, opening her locker slowly to make sure nothing fell out.

"Me neither. Can we guess what is about?" asked Tate.

"Sure, but I'm just going to say no to it all. You'll just have to wait," stated Shaina, "Have y'all texted Adrienne, Kylie, or Lacey lately? My parents took my phone away."

'Yea, I texted all 3 last night. They were all fine," said Ainsley. Almost as soon as she got done, Adrienne and Kylie walked in the door, with Jesse not far behind.

"Hey," said Tate to all 3. Jesse said a slight 'hey' and walked over to 'the boy' area. They all giggled, and turned to face each other. Lacey waltzed in, and spotted them immeadiatly.

"Hey! Am I late," questioned Lacey nervously.

"No, don't worry. We would've gotten you some sort of excuse," assured Adrienne, rising from her locker.

"Good!" sighed Lacey.

"It's almost 8:00. You should probally get your stuff for today, and put it in your seat," gestured Tate.

"Probally. I'll be back," said Lacey walking to her locker. She did what she was suposed to quickley, and the 6 girls got to talk for about 5 minutes, and them Mrs. Wren, their teacher walked in.

"I'm happy to see everyone! I hope all of you had a good break, and we will talk about what we all did later, but right now, we need to get our pencils sharpened and get in our seats," said Mrs. Wren, sitting in her chair. Everyone scurried to their seats, and sat down.

"Okay, class. we will need to get out our math books. You can go ahead and gte your sceince book and workbook ready. We will go straight to Science when we are done," confirmed Mrs. Wren. The class got done with their studies, and were let out to snack. The girls combined on one side of the snacking area, while the boys combined on the other side. The boys were either, lounging around or standing around talking, while the girls were playing hand games such as 'Ninja', Concentration', and 'Down by the Riverside' when snack ended. The classes split up to go get their books for the next teacher, Mrs. Taryn's, class. She taught them Spelling, Reading, and English. After an hour or so, the classes switched once again. They had activities everyday, and today the activity was P.E. The boys ran to go play football, while the girls talked.

"Uh! I made another 80 on my Spelling test! Mom's gonna kill me," complained Ainsley.

'I'm sorry! I'll make sure all the trash and ant beds stay off your grave," smiled Lacey.

"Well, thanks. That makes me feel better!" said Ainsley, sarcastically.

"My pleasure," teased Lacey. After listening to Lacey and Ainsley's cat fight, they started talking about each of their Spring Break's, which evolved into talking about the boys.

"I know," laughed Kylie,"And then when Micheal slid into into Tanner, making them both go into the mud pit?! That was hilarious!" Their happy stories of the boys soon turned into ones showing their displeasure.

"I can't stand how Paxton treats Eli, Jasper, and Clark! And you know Ace, Kendall, and Mitchell are probally getting tired of mostly just being called the Barnard boys," said Adrienne with pity in her voice.

"I know," sadly piped up Lacey. The bell soon rang, and the children went to lunch. Once back in the classroom, thhey started History. Mrs. Wren chose Adrienne's row to read, which consisted od Adrienne, Jasper, an Ace. As Ace started his paragraph, the interrcom cmae on.

"I'm here," is what it said, in a deep, husky voice.
