Mysterious Arrival [I]

As the glistening moonlight shined on the maidens silver hair. She walks away from the beasts whose blood stained the frosted grass. Her hand stained with crimson red as well as the sharp blade in which she held. Air slipped through her cold lips as she spoke into the dark night.

"The world is cruel but what's worse is the creatures who make it this way."

She then slowly disappeared as the fog covers her tracks and completely vanished.

Its been about half a month since these dark creatures appeared and each day she traveled, the more they seem to grow in numbers.

What was causing these things to go haywire?

The silver-haired maiden thought as a thousand other questions filled her already aching head.

They must be after something... but what?

Suddenly a sharp throbbing pain surged through her body as she felt the burning sensation to that which was similar to a dragon's flame.

"tch-" What's going on?!

As her vision began to blur she stood her ground and continued to focus on what was infront of her.

I need to hide...

She headed towards a town which was unfamiliar to her, though she had no choice. It was her only option. The maiden pulled the hood of her cloak over her face in an attempt to hide it. She steadily made her way down the path through the forest as she stumbled a few times. Eventually, her vision began to darken as things soon faded in and out until she was too exhausted to continue. After tripping over a riot she fell forward and landed on the hard ground below her. Not having the strength to move any further she soon fell unconscious as a blue figure flew high in the sky above her.

In the forest outside of Magnolia two mages walked through the forest for about the thousandth time. One mage had a Salman like color to his hair while the other a golden blonde to hers and above them was cute blue cat spreading its wings as it soared through the sky

"Come on Lucy you're too slow!" The Male mage complained

"Sorry that I hate walking up hills! I mean why are we even- WAIT A MINUTE WHERE ARE WE GOING IN THE FIRST PLACE, NATSU!" The girl named Lucy yelled

"On a mission. What else would it be." He answered her while the blue cat teased her

"Hehehe... Oo~ Lusy~ thought it was a da--"

"SHUT UP YOU STUPID CAT! If I hear anything else form you like that again I'll personally make sure you'll never have fish again!!" Lucy scolded him with her hand in a fist ready to punch the blue excessed. His face then became gloomy as his thoughts were filled with Lucy never letting him have fish again.

While the two continued to argue the Male mage suddenly stopped and noticed a figure not too far from them. For a brief moment, he instantly thought it was an enemy until the unknown figure soon collapsed. His eyes shot up as he quickly ran towards the figure leaving his friends behind. After feeling the gust of wind he left the blonde mage and cat realized what happened and followed Natsu. The cat had flown up into the blue sky and was right above the figure. As he sees the figure he quickly informs his friend, Natsu.
