1. Junior (Shoelace)

But one day, when you came to the playground, he didn't came. And the next time you went there, he still didn't. Days came by, and you never heard a thing from him. It seemed like he vanished like bubble.

~End of flashback~

"J-Jinyoung?" You stutter his name.

"It's me, remember?" He smiles from ear to ear.

Without knowing it, your eyes filled with tears and then came down like waterfalls.

"Don't cry, I'm here now, see?" He wipes the tears from your cheeks with his thumb. Then you hug him tightly, knowing that you miss him so much.

"Where were you?" You ask, still hugging him. "I'm sorry. I had to fly abroad because my mom was sick. She needed to be taken care of in America. I never had the chance to tell you because my dad won't let me go to the playground." He answers.

"It's okay, you're here now. And this time, I won't let you go." You mutter the last sentence.

Months passed, Junior and you were cherishing the moments together. It's almost graduation and you still haven't told him that you like him.

You are at the cafeteria waiting for Junior to get your lunch.

"Here's yours and here's mine." He gives your lunch and you thank him.

"So what's the thing you wanted to tell me?" You ask him.

"Oh yeah, I'm going to be in a group!" He replies.

"Group? A fraternity?" You exclaim and he laughs at your sudden outburst.

"No, not like that, it's a singing group, I'm going to be a K-Pop idol." You were surprised, Junior is going to be popular.

"No way! What's the group called?" You ask. "GOT7." He replies. "I'm happy for you." You smile and continue eating your lunch.

Somehow, it didn't feel right. Junior is going to be an idol, and you're just... you, an ordinary girl. Thinking that you were never meant to be with him, it made you sad and not to tell him how you feel.

"We're here!" Junior takes his hands up in the air as he looks around the playground where the two of you met. He looks at you, and sees you staring at the ground like there's no tomorrow.

"Hmm, you seem down right now, is there something wrong?" You look up to see eyes like space, lips colored like cherries, Junior's face is close to yours, and you feel your heart shouting what you feel about him, saying 'I like you Junior!'

"I-I'm okay." You try to smile but the sadness is overlapping with it.

"You're not okay, wait, is it about the group I'm joining in?" He asks.

"N-no, I'm really happy for you. I mean, you're going to entertain people and at the same time, living your dream as a singer." You reason out. But Junior is still looking at you worriedly, knowing that there is more that you're hiding. Finally he says something that made you cringe inside.

"______, maybe it's time for me to tell you." He exclaims.

"What?" You reply. "Ever since I left you, I felt that a huge part of my life went missing. All my life I've been thinking about you, it felt like I should've stayed with you. But now that I've returned to you," He holds your hands and intertwines it with your fingers.

"I want to let you know that you're the best thing that came in to my life. And I've liked you since we met years ago. I hope you feel the same way."

You were shocked, not knowing what to tell him. But you got the courage to tell him how you feel too.

"Junior, you don't know how much I want to tell you this, but, I like-" You were stopped by the sudden kiss he gave you. It was your first kiss, and you were happy to have it with him.

"You didn't let me finish!" You exclaim. "So? What's important now is that we got to say what we feel about each other, right?" He asks. "Right." You reply with a happy smile.

"Thanks for coming to my life. ______, saranghaeyo..."
