{Sadie's POV} I open up the covers and pull out a beautiful dress. "Andrew, it's white." He laughs and shakes his head. "She totally did that on purpose." He has a handsome tux. After we close up the bags we practice our speeches until I'm pulled to get my hair and nails done. Andrew reads through the additional paperwork and explains the seating and everything to me. "You'll do great." He finishes giving instructions, knowing I'm nervous. I know he is too, but we'll do it together.
Chapter 86
{Em's POV} Matt and I finish breakfast. When we get back to the room we look at the stuff Lizzie gave us. On my hanger was a bright blue dress. Matt has a sharp looking suit with a tie to match my dress. "Ugh, are we really gonna be that couple?" I ask looking at our ironically matching outfits. "You mean the hot couple?" He smirks. I let out a laugh. "I think Sadie and Andrew have us beat on that one." I say still laughing. "Ah, just because of their higher rank." I shake my head and roll my eyes, while smiling. We go over the procedures in the packet before I get dragged to "hair and makeup". It wasn't so bad because it ended up being Rachel who, straightened my hair, helped me into my dress, and began to do my makeup at the bathroom counter. "So are you doing ok, Em?" She asks. I let out a sigh. "I guess." She has a warm smile on her face. "No matter what happens, Blake and I will always support you guys." I smile back weakly. "Thanks, Rachel." "Hey, no problem you're like the sister I never had. Besides my little brother really loves you" She finishes applying makeup to my face and steps back, allowing me to see my reflection. "Wow." I say stunned. "It's not much, it's just a little-" I cut her off with a hug. "Thank you." I say again. "Em, you look beautiful." She says smiling and fixes the clip in my hair. "I have to go help Sadie and get ready myself." She says quickly. "Thanks again, Rachel for everything." She smiles. "It's nothing." She opens the bathroom door and looks at Matt. "She's all yours." She says with a wink. "See ya there!" She calls from the hallway. I slowly walk out of the bathroom. "Who's that girl?" Matt jokes. "Oh yeah my girlfriend!" I shake my head. "You look amazing Em." He says and hugs me gently. "You look great too, Matt." He smiles. I am told to wear a shrug because I still have nasty stitches on my shoulder. "You have no idea how much I want to kiss you right now." He looks at me. "But, my sister would kill me for messing up your lipstick." He cringes. I laugh at him. We continue talking to pass the time. It finally sinks in that we have to face everybody tonight.
Chapter 87
{Sadie's POV} Someone knocks on the door. Andrew beats me to answering the door, it's Rachel. "Thank god you're here!" I say when she steps into the room. She lets out a laugh. "I didn't know I was that needed." She helps me into my dress and does my makeup. "It looks amazing, Rachel! How did you do that?!" She smiles. "It'll ruin my secret." She says. "You guys should head down there now, to avoid elevator traffic and you should get there first, naturally." I smile. "Alright, thanks Rachel." "Now it's my turn to get ready. See ya there! Good luck guys!" She says walking out the door. Andrew looks up from his cards. He nearly drops them. I smile big. "Let's go, goofball." He smiles embarrassed. {Andrew's POV} Sadie stands before me in her white dress, her hair in a fancy up do, and her makeup done. I take her arm and we walk down the hallway. "You-you look stunning." I stutter. "Thanks, Andrew. You look handsome in that tux." My cheeks flush red. She laughs. Sadie gets fidgety in the elevator. "I'm really nervous, Andrew." She says. I squeeze her shoulder. "You'll be fine and I'll be right behind you." I smile in reassurance. She sighs as the elevator stops. "You'll be fine." {Sadie's POV} Andrew is desperately trying. Nobody can say anything to me to make me less nervous. I can't screw this up, that's not an option. Andrew laces his fingers with mine and kisses the back of my hand before we walk into the ballroom. I'm making a big deal out of nothing, as usual. "Sadie, Andrew!" Lizzie greets us. "You both look great! Picture?" Andrew wraps his arms around my waist and our hands intertwined. She snaps our picture and the picture comes out a few seconds later. She waves it in the air and hands it to Andrew. "You can go set yourselves up at the podium and then greet our guests at the door." She says with a hand on one of each of our shoulders guiding us. "Ok." I say and we busy ourselves with our tasks. The time passes quickly and before I know it we're standing on the stage next to Lizzie, who introduces us once again. "Now here are a few words from Sadie and Andrew!" I feel sick but, it's now or never.
