Dan' POV:
It was only upon seeing the horrified look on Phil's face did I truly realise what I was doing. I was kissing his sister. I was disgusted at myself, for becoming too lost in the moment, for exploring forbidden lips. As soon as I looked at Phil I lost all attraction I may have had towards Sky in an instant. His mortified face was more than I could bare, and I ran out Sky's bedroom after him, a sense of urgency in my footsteps. I caught a glimpse of his figure skidding out the front door into the rain, and that's exactly where I head.
After only a few seconds of being in the rain, I was already soaked. My clothes were sticking to me and I was gradually becoming hobbit-hair Dan. I ran towards Phil, who was now leaning on a lamp post, his face in his hands.
Phil's POV:
After I finished arranging sleeping arrangements for Sky, I headed back up to her room to see how her and Dan were doing. My heart sank as I stepped in and saw Dan, his hands against her hips, and Sky, her hands wrapped around Dan's neck. Their lips colliding. I saw Dan flinch towards me and I ran out, feeling those first tears roll down my flustered cheeks.
I headed straight for the front door, hearing Dan close behind me. I needed air. I couldn't tell what upset me most, the fact Dan was kissing my sister or the fact he wasn't kissing me. Either way, it was mortifying. As soon as I stepped outside my hair began to dampen and my breath became visible. I needed something to help me stand, and I ran for the lamp post a few yards away. I started sobbing violently, shaking all over. Dan approached me and reached for my arm, and I flinched away. "Get away from me! How could you do that?!" He hesitated, before looking directly into my eyes. He looked as though he was looking through them, searching for something he could say that would make me feel better. "She reminded me of you..." he whispered, and I'm sure his eyes filled up, but that could have been the rain. "I looked into her eyes and didn't see Sky, I saw you, Phil. It was as if all her other features disappeared and I was looking straight at you. I kissed her, because to me, she was Phillip Lester." Everything he said was in a deep whisper, and I realised how close we were. I felt his breath when we spoke, and suddenly all was forgotten. The hatred I had towards him previously vanished, and I looked down to find my hands were resting in the bends between his upper arm and forearm, and his hands were around my hips, tracing soft lines with his fingers.
I leaned in, and he just stood there, still, focusing on my eyes before turning his attention to my lips. Our foreheads touched, and I found myself returning the stare towards his mouth. "Phil," he said, and I felt the vibrations from his mouth touch mine, "I-" and our lips brushed. I felt him shiver. We weren't quite kissing - just very gently touching. "-love you" he finished, and I pulled him against me, forming a soft kiss. This kiss lasted a good ten seconds before our lips parted open and it became more passionate. No tongue, it wasn't heated, just full of love and want. Our lips opened and closed together and we enjoyed each other's plump mouths.
Dan's POV:
I knew I owed Phil an explanation, so I told him exactly what I felt. that to me, Sky was him. Her eyes were his eyes. We found ourselves in a light embrace, his hands on my arms and mine on his hips. He leaned in and brushed my lips, sending a shiver down my spine, and we kissed lovingly for about a minute. As we pulled away and opened our eyes, I gave a smirk. To my surprise, Phil's face was anything but loving. It was full of fear and his eyes ringed terrified. I watched as he drew his attention to behind us, and I turned around to see his awoken father stomping directly towards us.
He picked me up by the scruff of my shirt and spat at me, "What do you think you're doing with my son?! He's not a fag, like you, so if you know what's good for you you'll let me deal with him properly and get him back to his senses," He shot a menacing look at Phil, "And in the meantime, walk this off." And he threw me to the ground, sending a searing pain through my leg. "DAN!!" Phil screamed, but as he lurched toward me his dad grabbed his arm. He tightened his grip, and began twisting the skin on Phil's arm, as if it were a Chinese burn. "No, dad! Ow! Stop, please, it hurts!" Phil squealed, and blood started to leak through the gaps between his dad's fingers. He was obviously doing it hard, as he broke the layers of Phil's skin on his delicate, pale arm. I tried to stand, but was greeted with a pain like no other. I'm sure my leg was broken, but I didn't care. I repeatedly stood up and fell down, until I managed to grip the lamp post we were previously kissing against. I stammered, before reaching for Phil's dad's hands and digging my nails in, hard. He let out what sounded like a war cry and I kicked him straight in the balls with my good leg, causing me to fall down, quivering in pain. Phil gave his dad a final stamp to the testicles, ensuring he would stay down, and rushed to my side on the floor. I looked at his arm and saw how purple and swollen it was, as well as being covered in blood. I remembered the cuts, and realised his father must have broken their developed seals. I winced at the thought of his pain, before directing attention to my leg. Fuck, it hurt. It felt like someone had reached in, grabbed my artery, and tugged on it violently. I blacked out after seeing Phil's blue eyes getting closer...
