                                                                                    Armins POV

;

I sit in the long, sleek black limousine as I twiddle my thumbs rapidly out of a nervous habit as sweat beads form on top of my forehead. It's days like this I thank God for not blessing me with asthma, because if he did, I'd probably be having massive attack right now.

The air in the car is intense as It slowly pulls up to the notorious red carpet that's only a few feet away from where i'm sitting.

"Hey Armin."Softly says my manager and best friend, Hanji.

She looks so different today, so pretty. Her usual greasy brown hair that's usually covered in knots is now shiny and is pulled back in a fancy ponytail as she's dressed in a sleek women's tuxedo.

"You did a great job, you deserve this." She holds my hand softly as my breathing increases rapidly.

"Do I really though?" I ask, wiping the sweat from my brow.

"Well OF COURSE!" Hanji screams.

The loud change in our atmosphere startles the driver, making him stop the car abruptly and jolts us both forward out of our seats. My head almost bashes into the cushioned seats, but thank goodness for Hanji's reflexes because she pulls me back before anything bad could happen. The driver looks back at us with a concerned look glossed on his face, but Hanji just gives him a small sympathetic smile.

"Sorry." She whimpers.

Hanji is always loud like this, sometimes I have to nudge her arm and sweetly tell her to lower her voice before she scares little kids off.

The man just nods and continues to do his job.

Hanji quickly looks back at me and sighs.

"You spent a whole YEAR making this book Armin. You pulled countless all nighters typing up rough draft after rough draft just to make each and every chapter perfect." She stops to take a deep breath. Its impressive that she said that whole speech in one breathe,

"I can't believe you didn't want to publish it in the first place!" I blush and look down.

"Who would think anyone would want to read what a nerdy 16 year old boy would write about?"

Hanji laughs.

"Awe c'mon that's not trueee." She says, trying to persuade me to agree with her.

"Your writing is fantastic!" She leans into me and excitedly whispers in my ear,

"And teenage girls just eat you up." Now it was my turn to laugh.

No girl would want to date a flaccid boy like me. Well, maybe now since i'm famous and have a lot of money to spare. But nobody even took a second glance at me before, so why should I waste my time with them now?

"Remember how after your book was published and you went person to person, manager to manager. Just trying to find supporters for your amazing book, Armin?"

"And i found you." I smile.

Hanji beams up at me and squeezes my hand.

"And look where you are now." She motions to the black tinted windows which are blinking with bright camera flashes.

I look outside and see thousands upon thousands of photographers pointing their lens at my window.
I gasp and swallow my breath. I'm not cut out for this. Why would I think a small town boy like me could make it big?

"Hanji, i don't feel so good." I say as the limo pulls up to the carpet.

"Oh c'mon don't be a baby." She teases.

2 heavily built men come up to either side of my door and opens them both at the same time. Dear God i'm going to faint.

I look back in desperation at Hanji, and she gives me 2 thumbs up and a smile. I weakly smile at her, the smile consisting of pure terror and my lunch that's slowly crawling up my throat. I place both feet out of the limo and step out into the carpet.

I automatically feel warmth from the cameras lights and my ears are already screaming in pain from the amounts of bundled up noise I hear. I can make out "ArMiN!!" and "Oh mY goD!" From high pitched screams. I force myself to look around and give them all a shy smile.

I, out of habit, reach up to hide my hand up in my long messy hair. All I feel is a mop of hair laying on my head. Right, i cut off my blonde flowing locks for this event. I hear girls start to scream as I accidentally strike a pose. I quickly stop and put both my hands in front of me.

I look around for help on what to do. Do i just stand here? I hesitantly walk around to each side of the carpet to talk to fans behind the ropes. They're the people who I'm scared of the most. It doesn't help that I don't enjoy many peoples company at once and loud noises. I start to talk to them all, and it turns out they're pretty cool people after they stop yelling in your face.

I sign so many copies of my book that by the time I went to see the interviewers my hand felt like it was about to fall off from the constant hand movements. I hop interviewer to interviewer and finally make it into the area where my book's movie trailer will be playing.

I can't believe I've come this far, it's been a journey with many ups and downs along the way. I wonder where this will take me now.

I'm about to walk into the venue until a hear a boy scream my name so loud people all the way around the venue could hear it.

"ARMINN!!"

My eyes catch a young boy with messy brown hair and green-teal eyes frantically waving my book outside of the ropes like a maniac trying to break out of prison.

The security holds him back from mauling me and nods at me to be on my way. I shake my head. I couldn't help but to feel a connection with this boy. I walk over to the security and push them out of the way.

"But sir-" One security guard starts.

"No, it's fine, really." I smile.

They hesitantly back up behind me, still staring at the boy. The boy smiles at the guards proudly as I chuckle.

"I don't like them either." I whisper.

The boy looks taken aback by my comment, but his look of confusion suddenly turns to a happy one and he starts laughing.

"Yeah, they're assholes." His eyes light up and his hair flips back. I can't help but to stare, stop it Armin.

"Uh, so what your name?" I ask, reaching out for his book. Ugh not again.

"Eren. Eren Yeager." Eren, i think i'll remember that name.

"Hi Eren. Nice to meet you, my name i-" I reach out my hand but he stops me.

"I already know your name!" The boy says quickly, and rather loudly. I jump back and from what I can see, his face was as red as a strawberry.

"Ugh, i mean.... You don't need to introduce yourself." He chuckles. Wow, way to play it off.
I feel heat rise to my cheeks and i put my hands to my hair.

"Ugh, yeah right."

"Mr. Arlert, its time." The bodyguard says, annoyance clear in his voice.

"Right." I nod and look sadly at the boy. I'm not the only one sad, he also looks upset too.

"It was nice to meet you, Armin." The boy smirks as i hand him back his book.

The security leads me out and into the venue. Once in I look back to see the brunette smiling at me, waving. I knew in that moment, that i'd see him again
