Rosa's POV

Have you ever missed someone so much that it hurts? Have you ever felt the pain of loss even though you know that any minute they will walk through that door? Well that's how I feel as I wait for Liam and I know what you are thinking "it's only been a few hours" but hey he has almost died three times in the span of two weeks so I think I earned the right to feel this way.

I was so distracted by my train of thought that I did hear Kira walk in until she have tapped me on the shoulder "Hey Rosa are you ok" she was looking at me

"Yea I'm fine I just need Liam" I laid back on the bed

"Rosa will I have to give you the talk?" she wiggled her eyebrows

"No." I laughed "not at that stage yet"

"But you will be soon?" I nodded looking down "that's okay Rosa I was expecting it especially if you are feeling anything like I am to Scott, this mating thing is testing my restraint" she sighed

"I know what you mean I was sitting in here waiting for Liam and all I feel is pain like I am being stabbed though the heart over and over again every minute he is away from me" I held my heart feeling the pain even as I spoke

"He will be fine Rosa, his probably on his way home now." Then the door slammed shut. I bolted out of the room and down the stairs to find Scott

"Hey Rosa is Kira with you?" I nodded

"I'm right here Scott what's wrong?" Kira said behind as she walked to her mate

"I might have a led on Satomi pack and I need you to follow it for me and bring whoever you find to the vet" She nodded

"I'll go with you" I said going to get my shoes

"What will you be doing?" I heard Kira ask

"I have to see someone" then I heard nothing but when I walked down I saw something that you should never see from you sister.

"Come on Kira we don't want to miss this led because you sucking Scott's face off, now do we?" they both pulled away from each other

"Like you can talk" she scoffed

We arrived at the school and got out of the car when I heard yelling and arrows being shot

"Was that just me or did that just sound like Brett" I nodded and started running in the direction of the sounds when I saw Brett and a little kid standing in the middle of the field.

"Kira you go stop the arrows and get them out of here" I said as I follow the scent of the attackers

"What are you going to do?" she asked but gasped when she turned around

"I going to stop them" I felt the flames cover my body "now go I'll meet you at the vet" and she left

I ran to where the attackers are.

"I told you we should of just captured the kid." I heard a man yell

"What do you think we were trying to do, asshole?" another voice said

"How were we meant to know that she would have someone following her?" A female asked

"I don't know but we should regroup with the others" the first guy said
