I see a mirror
On the wall
It shows my story
And my flaws
But there's one thing it can't show
And that's my soul
But one things for sure
The mirror shows me
And my doings of right and wrong
It shows how much I can take in
And shows how much I can take out
The mirror makes me feel like a person
Like im actually alive
But the thing is
It's an illusion
Because the only reason why I feel so secure
Is because it says nothing back
And does nothing more
And because of that, I understand why people use the metaphor
"My only friend is the mirror on the wall"
