CHAPTER IV: DROWNED

XIANDRIA'S

"Yaya, can we go swimming?" Adi asked me while I was preparing their breakfast. It's my second week here and I feel fine. These two kids really makes my heart flutter.

"Swimming? I need to ask your father first. Baka kasi ayaw niya" I told her. As much as I want to let them swim. I need to ask Hunter first.

"Sige na Yaya, please?" She asked me and showed me her puppy eyes.

"Sige na nga. But finish your food first" I agreed. I can't resist the cuteness of this child. I can take care of her naman sa pool area.

Napatalon naman siya sa tuwa at saktong pumasok si Hero sa dining area.

"What's with your smiles Adi?" Tanong ni Hero sa kapatid. Isa pang cute 'tong batang 'to. Ugh.

"Yaya and I will go swimming!" She happily told her brother.

"Really? Yaya can I go with you?" Hero asked me. Aww, he's too cute.

"Of course you can" I told him and smiled. At kagaya ni Adrianna, napatalon din siya sa tuwa. Kambal nga sila.

Nagpunta na kami sa kwarto nila after breakfast. "Yaya can you pick my swimsuit for me?" si Adi, at pinakita niya sa'kin yung mga swimsuits niya. It's a black two-piece but the top is half-sando and the bottom is shorts, a red one piece na yung sides are open and a blue one-piece floral skirt styled na swimsuit.

"The Blue one" I told her. Yun ang pinaka mukhang pambata. Yung black and red kasi masyadong showy so it's a no no.

"Okay Yaya. I'll just change and we'll go downstairs na" Adi said and smiled at me, showing her two dimples. Cute. "You go change too, Kuya Hero" She told her brother.

Bumaba na kami pagkatapos nilang magbihis.

"Kids, don't go anywhere near the big pool okay?" Utos ko sa kanila. They both nodded. Dalawa kasi ang pool dito. Isang medium sized kiddie pool at isang big pool.

"Yaya can you teach us how to swim? Daddy always promise na tuturuan niya kami mag-swim pero hindi nangyayari kasi he's always busy" kwento ni Adrianna sa kanya. Urgh. How can Hunter resist these adorable kids?

"Of course I can" I said and smiled at her. Then I felt my phone vibrated. It was Kuya Ethan calling. "I'll just take this call okay? Don't go near the big pool!" I told them and they nodded. Kampante akong naglakad papunta sa gilid ng garden ng mansion nila then I answered Kuya Ethan's call.

"Yes kuya? What do you need?" sabi ko kaagad ng masagot ang tawag.

"Oh, oh, when you nod your head yes but you wanna say no. What do you need?" Pakantang sagot ng nasa kabilang linya.

"What the hell are you saying?" I asked him.

"Princess, Hindi mo alam yung kanta ni Justin Bieber? Grabe ka. Saan kang lungga nagtago?" sabi ng baliw kong kuya.

"FYI kuya. Alam ko yun. What do you mean kasi yun hindi what do you need!" I told him. Kuya Ethan is really a weirdo. Baliw lang eh.

"What do you mean ba yun? What do you need kasi sabi mo kaya napakanta ako. Anyways, I just called to check up on you" Kuya told me. Ka-weirdohan talaga. Nang istorbo pa wala namang magandang sasabihin.

"I don't have time for this Kuya. I'm okay and I know you are so, bye" I told him as I ended the call. I was about to head back in the pool area when I heard Manang Lorna screaming.

"Susmaryosep! Adi! Adi! Jusko! Adi!" I sensed worrying and panic in Manang Lorna's voice kaya napatakbo ako papuntang pool area. There I saw Adrianna on the big pool, waggling her arms as she struggle to gasp for air. I did not waste any time and dived on the pool to save her and the pool is too damn deep!
