Avery POV
'Mate' is the only thing echoing though my head. I shook the thoughts out of my head as a smirk went on my face. "I already had a mate he rejected me, I accepted it, it's a whole thing" I said as calm as I could manage. He showed hurt in his eyes and I wanted to comfort him, what is wrong with me? I am supposed to be a blood wolf, I am not supposed to care about anything. After all everyone says I'm heartless, I stare at him hoping to get some kind of a reaction but, no he just staring. Yeah I know rude much, I took this as a time to study him. He kinda a cute he has black hair, in one of those messy hair styles, he has gorgeous ocean blue eyes that looks though your soul. You could easily see his hard muscles though is shirt. I looked back up to noticed mr. Mate seen me "checking" him out, I didn't blush like all the girls do when they find there mates, I could care less about what they think. " are you rejecting me" he said sadly. I laughed lightly " the real question is are YOU going to reject me, I am the blood wolf" I said heartlessly. He looked shock before quickly covering ain't up, "I don't care if your a blood wolf, rumors are just rumors" he said mattarfactly. I rolled my eyes "you don't know me, at all, a blood wolf and a rogue don't mix very well" I stated. He scoffed as he stood up from his desk "I don't care you are still my mate and I won't dislike you until you give me a real reason to". I rolled my eyes and put my hands "fine, but, don't be one of those annoying mates where we can't do anything because we too fragile" I stated angry at the thought. He held his hand out as I shook it my mate says "deal" in response.
