I promised myself that I wouldn't put any A/N in this book but I couldn't stop myself. Might I just add that I LOVE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU MAGNIFICENT READERS. You guys rock and I'm sorry for having such a long break between chapters. Also thank you for putting up with me publishing and unpublishing stuff (the Wattpad interface changed and now the publish button is where the save used to be). I'm an awful person. Also I'm going to hold a competition. This is a test to see if it works out. Whoever posts the best comment (in my opinion) will get a shoutouts. This probably won't work because shoutouts from me are kinda worthless.

I tried to block the pillow she was attacking me with but despite my amazing combat skills, I was still getting badly beaten. She got me into a corner and dropped the pillow. Then she hugged me. It went from storm to calm and I was worried. I cautiously dropped my arms a round her and she mumbled something. "What was that dear Kit Kat?"

"You still owe me a favor." I paled as those dreaded words fell out of her mouth. I tried to play it nonchalant. "Oh yeah Kit Kat? Would you like to cash in that favor now or wait for a rainy day when we're alone?"
"You're voice says you're in control but you're heart rate is that of a rabbit being chased." I grabbed her shoulders and held her a little away from me. I regarded her cautiously. "What are you going to make me do?"
"Nothing yet. I just wanted to make sure you remembered." I laughed nervously and pulled her back to me. I decided to be honest with her. Maybe if I showed her I was a little scared she would back off. "I knew Kit Kat, I was just hoping you'd forget." She laughed. That scared me even more.

She stopped hugging me and sat on her bed. I sat next to her and we talked for a while. Then she asked me a question in a very small voice. "Travis? Are we dating?"

My mind leaped and my heart soared. I sat there looking dumbfounded as Katie watched me nervously. I looked at her and simply nodded. Then something propelled me forward. I kissed her and she kissed back. It was like somebody had set off a cart of firecrackers in my stomach. Katie pulled away and I started to follow her but the she l pointed at something with an amused smile on her face. I turned my head and found one of her older brothers glaring down at me.

I shrunk under his gaze and let out a dignified squeak. The squeak was supposed to be the word hello but my terror kind of messed that up for me. Katie stood and introduced me to him. "Travis this is Bryon. Bryon this is Travis my...friend." Bryon snorted and rolled his eyes. "Yeah, sure. He's a 'friend'. "
"N-nice t-t-to meet you Bryon. I think I have to leave now." As I bolted out the door I heard Bryon talking to Katie about me. I ducked under the window to listen. "I'm telling you. The Stolls are bad news." My heart crashed and I listened very closely to see what Katie would say. But it wasn't Katie. It was her sister Miranda. "Bryon, Connor is actually kind of nice once you get past his completely idiotic exterior. Plus, he's cute."
"I do not need to hear my little sister go dreamy eyes over guys. Just don't say I didn't warn you." I smiled and darted to the Hermes cabin. I grabbed my brother's arm and pulled him into a supply closet. Then I punched his arm. "Hey! What was that for?"
"Dude. Guess what?"
"Chicken butt."
"Miranda said she thinks you're cute."
"Seriously?"
"Yup."
"You don't know?"
"What?"
"We're dating. She kind of obligated to think that." I felt my eyebrows furrow together and then I walked out of the closet. Why hadn't I known that?
