Last time you held me, I couldn't feel it
Your fire was dim, and I couldn't heal it
Last time you kissed me, your touch was vague
The spark didn't ignite in my desired way
Last time you told me you loved me, I did not say it back
I know that I do, but what was in me before is not intact
Last time I looked, what was in me was broken
Some peices were missing and others unspoken
Last time I asked myself, I admitted I still loved you, yet I cannot hold you close
But even in the presence of admittance I cannot let you go
Last time you held me, I couldn't feel it
Your fire was dim, and I still can't heal it
