The right decision or just a mistake?

Previously...
• Mila got a call from her brother Daniel. Daniel had a thought that he was adopted. She investigated the matter a bit more

• Mila and Heather ended their friendship. Or at least that's what Heather said.

• Mila went in for her first day at the club....

Will it be a mistake or a right decision? Let's find out!
_____
Mila stood backstage. She was nervous and didn't know what she got herself into. She didn't know anyone around her. She really wanted to know what was going to happen or where they were going. Her heart was racing.

Suddenly Hunter walked in. He looked around as if he was in search for someone. As soon as he laid his eyes on Mila he walked straight over.
"Just the girl I was looking for!" He said with a big smile. Mila's eyes widened and she looked at him with worry in her eyes

"Hunter, what the hell is going to happen to me?" She said, her voice shakily. She couldn't keep still.

"Don't worry, all you're going to do is go up there, wait for someone to hire you for the bedroom session, they give you the key to the room and you leave with them! That's it!"

"No, no, no! You never told me that I was going to leave with a stranger!! Hunter, this isn't what I signed up for!" Mila said, her eyes started filling up with tears. She looked down to hide the fact that she wanted to cry. She didn't want to smudge her make up and look like a fool in front of everyone. Hunter rested his hands on Mila's shoulders while she was hyperventilating. All the rest of the girls shot their heads at her and gave her stank looks.

"What did you think you signed up for Mila? I told you, if these guys don't have you, and you specifically then we're all gonna get hurt! Me, you, our friends and families!--"

"Hunter! Should I remind you that I'm supposed to be a damn college student? I'm supposed to be in a dorm studying! And look at me! What am I doing? Hunter you'd better get me out of this mess, because you got me into it!" Mila said trying to maintain a straight face.

"You're gonna do good. I know you are," Hunter said giving Mila a last hopeful smile before leaving. One of the girls looked back at her. She was curvy and had a lot of skin showing.
"He said that to me too, he lied. Don't look forward to getting outta this business anytime soon... Cause he won't let you go. He's a bXtch!" She turned back around. Mila looked at her from the back.

"But he just has to let me go! I'm not supposed to be here in the first place--"

"He don't give a shXt about other people's---"

"And let's put our cash up for the Cookie Club Girls for today!!" Hunter shouted as they all heard loud screaming. The girls all started walking up the stage and Mila followed. She walked in to bright lights and cash being waved around everywhere, People screaming "Cash Salute" and drinking and smoking. Mila blinked her eyes once or twice just to adjust to her surroundings.
Hunter called out everyone's names as a normal introduction.
But then he called Mila lastly.
"And our bedroom special for tonight, a babe from the mother land, South Africa, Coco Babe!!"
All the men cheered as loud as they could. Mila didn't recognise the name Coco Babe. But they described her so she didn't know if that was her new name.
"Coco Babe?" She said gesturing to Hunter. Everyone continued cheering her on. All she did was put on a soft smile and a split second wave before looking down.
"Okay, so we're going a little higher on Coco because she came all the way from Africa to be here"
Liar! She scoffed at Hunter.

After a half an hour of negotiating deals and buying drinks and auctioning, they finally ended on Coco. All the men started swinging their money in the air and throwing at Mila. Mila didn't know what to do! Was she supposed to pick the money up? Was she supposed to dramatically take a bow? She was very new to this stuff.

"I'll take her for 200!" A man shouted from the back. His voice echoed to the front of the room.
"That was 200, anyone higher than 200?"

"350!" Another man shouted. Mila felt like she was being used, like she was a stupid painting that was just going to be put up on the wall for decoration.

"900!!" A white man said, smirking at Hunter and Mila while taking the fruit from his glass. He looked very familiar. He was dressed in a suit and tie, looking very dapper. Mila squinted to see his face properly, the bright lights were in the way.

"1200!!" Everyone gasped. A Latino came forth. It was as if he already knew no one could pay anymore than that.
"1500, anyone?" The room was quiet. The Latino walked up the stage and grabbed Mila uncomfortably by the waist. She felt so uncomfortable and she felt something by her part. She had a sudden urge to look at the white man for the last time as they forced her to leave with the Latino. Mila nervously took the key as they went off stage. The Latino looked scary, he looked like a gangster. Fully tatted, jeans and a tank on. He suddenly smacked Mila's butt out of the blue. Mila shot up and looked at him.
"What was that for?" She said shocked

"That just means you're my mami tonight!" He smiled. He had gross teeth. It was warn out yellow and he didn't even have all his teeth in his mouth. Mila opened the door with her hands shaking.

They went inside as he locked the door behind him. Mila looked around the room and felt chills go down her spine. Even her core was shaking.

"So, uh, where... Where do I start?" Mila asked swallowing the lump in her throat. The Latino walked up to her and put his hands on his belt. He smirked at her. Suddenly he roughly grabbed her head and smashed his lips onto hers. Mila started screaming trying to pull herself away from him. She fell to the ground.
"What the hell!!" She shouted out of breath. The man started to look agitated and looked at her in her eyes. Mila wiped her lips.
"I paid a lot of money for you. So you better come onto me - now!" He ordered. Mila slowly stood back up.

He threw himself on the bed. Mila started crying but made no sound. The tears just rolled down her cheeks. She unbuckled the belt, and then slowly the button.

Suddenly the door smashed open. Mila and The man shot up. The first saw the gun, Mila screamed.
But then she saw Heathers face and stopped screaming.
"Heather? What the fXck are you doing here?" Mila semi screamed.

"I'm saving your God damn life! A thank you would suffice" Heather said pointing a gun at the man.
"You!" She looked at the man. "Get the hell out".

The man laughed and the next thing they knew, he was pointing a gun at them too.
"You don't wanna do this!" Heather warned. "See, if you shoot me now, you'll be a walking target for the rest of your life. But if I shoot you, then I would be considered a hero for my bravery of shooting a wanted criminal" Heather explained. "So get out of here, and let's both be neutral about this, problem- free!"

To be continued....
Pretty long chapter huh?
Well, isn't it ironic that Heather came to save Mila in that moment of awkwardness.

Should Mila be thankful Heather saved her life, or not because she just lost $1200 for free?
