"Hi?" She said chuckling. I turned and nodded at the A's and Adam sat back with an arm around Addison's shoulders.

"Hello to you too, sir." Addi said giving me a quirky look. I eyed her for a minute then shrugged turning to Mel.

"Entertain me." I whined slumping my shoulders. I threw my head back and groaned like a child. Addison and Mel laughed while Adam stifled a chuckle.

"Does he do this to you?" Mel asked Addi ignoring me. I started to poke her shoulder as she talked but she acted as if I wasn't there.

"Sometimes. Not often though because he knows I'll break his fingers." She said with a small grin. Adam scoffed.

"What ever, you know I'm better than that." He said motioning to me. I flicked him off then continued poking her.

"Hmm. Smart boy, although everyone at this tables knows I have a young sibling whose middle name is annoyance." She said grinning. She shot me a wink then turned back to them carrying the conversation they had going before I came. I stopped poking her and leaned back with my hands in my lap. Mel was wearing skinny jeans and a grey mid-arm length shirt with darker grey stripes. Her shoulders were more exposed because of the wide collar and scooped down to her chest slightly as well. My eyes couldn't help but wander over her body as she sat back, relaxed and talking. Her hair was in a messy bun that was half off of her head with fallen hairs framing her face. A smile flashed across her face at something said and it was then I realized that I was totally zoned out.

Snap the fuck out of man. She's just another goddamn chick.

I snapped out of my thoughts and focused on what Adam was saying.

"So Friday is the last day of hell and Jason is supposed to be throwing one of the biggest parties of the year and I think we should all go. Even you, Romeo." He said gesturing to me. Jason

"It's Danny." I said not thinking. Melanie bubbled over with laugher as did Adam.

"No shit, Sherlock." Addison said laughing. I could feel my neck and face start to heat.

"Fuck you, Watson." I spit back. This caused the people around me to laugh even harder because who knows why. Mel was the first one to calm down and nudged me with her shoulder. Warmth radiated off of her and up my side.

"Don't feel bad. I would have done the same thing." She said chuckling. Her hand wound up on my knee as she leaned into me a bit as Adam and Addi calmed down. I couldn't help but think this was the most comfortable I've ever been.

"Anyway, I think we should all go." Adam repeated rolling his eyes.

"Who said we were invited?" Mel asked rolling her eyes. It was pretty obvious the thought of going to a party disgusted her. Even if is was partially for her.

"The whole senior class of 2015 is invited, stupid. We are all celebrating making it out alive." Addison jumped in. Mel just sighed.

"I don't think it's a good idea." She mumbled. I watched as her eyes glanced over the cafeteria and froze. I followed her gaze and was met with Angie's glare. I rolled my eyes and kissed Mel's head.

"Don't worry about her." I mumbled in to her ear. She nodded the slightest then the bell rang over us all breaking the buzz of people. Mel stood, grabbed her bag then waved to Addi and Adam as we made our way out together to English. We were presenting today. We had finished the whole speech by last Friday with everything ready for today. This was honestly the first time I think I can say that I'm excited for a presentation. We made our way out silently and to table we have been sitting at since we started this project and got out our papers. Everyone began filling in the class room in pairs followed by the teacher. More people followed in as she started writing on the board how this all was going to work. She was going to pull our words from a hat and that pair would go. Simple.
