Life is a candle
Once it's lit
It burns
Until it's blown out
The flame
It flickers with hope
Growing bigger
Dreaming higher
The wax
It melts from the heat
But once it cools
It's solid again
Eventually
The candle is burned completely
The wick is barely standing
The aroma is still lingering
Life is a candle.
