I sat in my 7th period class zoned out as my history teacher Mrs. Mullins taught she seemed very laid back. Darius is also in this class I'm kinda disappointed that he sits on the other side of the classroom. I stared at the clock for 5 minutes and the more I knew that it was almost time to leave the more time dragged. I groaned lowly and stared at the packet that was on my desk. The fucker was thick and I was on the bill of rights

"Alright class... Pair up with someone for this small project that will be due next week Wednesday so that gives you this weekend Monday and Tuesday to work in class." She said writing on the white board she turned to us me and her made eye contact and smiled. "Taylor since your new here why don't you and Darius work on the assignment. OK now pair up with your partner and get to work."

Darius walked over to my desk and smiled at me. I was confused then I got why he was smiling.

"You know you gonna finish what yo lil ass started in da hallway?" His dimples showed and I just smiled.

"And if I dont?" I winked at him " your gonna have to buy me dinner if you wanna get lucky."

He licked his lips and smiled at me and look down at his paper. Then back at me. Honestly I liked teasing him.

"I don't even know you and I like you already." Darius said as he wrote "can I get to know you more boo."

"I'll think about it" I rolled my eyes and laughed

"No seriously I wanna get to know you... I wanna make you my bae for real." He said as I stopped laughing

"So... She wants us to do this on the bill of rights-" he cut me off

"Let's get on to something that actually matters like my house dinner with my parents tonight just to welcome you to the city they leave tomorrow morning. Maybe we can work there." He winked

"I can't my mom might need me to help her." I said with a serious face

"Well can I come ova." He smile

I swear this dude won't give up for shit it was cute and annoying at the same time. He kept staring at me as I went on about the project so I gave in because his eyes were so damn innocent looking.

"Fine I'll text my uncle and let him know your coming over so meet me at the main entrance." I said as the Bell rang

"You got a number you know jus in case I forget." I rolled my eyes he smiled his dimples showed again as he turned light red.

"Alright you can get my number once you stop talkin to me like I'm one of these Chi-town niggas. I like when you talk in actual sentences it suits your face." I wrote my number down and gave it to him.

"Tay- is it it alright if I call you Tay?"

"I don't care go ahead."

"Why don't I just take you home and we work there?" He said turning red

"Awe light bright blushin." I said walking away

"I'll text you after school!" He semi yelled as I made my way down the hall.

At the end of the school day I walked slowly to my locker to put these have heavy books away when my phone vibrated I looked at the unknown number and I knew it was Darius.

Me: Creep

"I ain't no Creep fam I'm just very good at spottin somethin I want." He said walking up behind me.

"Dude sooo.... My uncle said its cool that you come over."

"Aight cool. But we got unfinished business to tend to anyway"
