The problem with Alpha Ian

Chapter 4

This is awkward.

I hear the drawers being opened and Lily laughing "We're roommates, you should get used to this"

I look back at her as she finishes putting her shirt on "Well then".

She was wearing blue jeans and a green sweater with white sandals.

"Are you ready?"

I look down at my black skinny jeans and a black blink 182 band shirt with black and white converse.

We look really different.

I nod putting my phone in my pocket.

"You don't talk much" Lily acknowledges.

I snort "I do, Just give it time"

The campus coffee shop wasn't half bad, students were seated in booths talking or studying.

Light chatter was heard around the room and the heavy scent of coffee beans could be smelled as Lily and I made our way to the counter to make our orders.

A girl with a bright orange shirt, orange lipstick and pigtails greets us at the counter "Hello peeps, what do y'all want?"

Lily turns to me "Pick anything you want, it's on me"

I quickly shake my head no "You don't have to, I brought money"

Waving me off she says "nonsense, I'm paying now tell me what you want"

I scan the menu for a few seconds "I'll have an iced coffee"

Lily turns to the cashier "An iced coffee and an expresso for me"

The quirky girl with the pigtails nods "that will be $6.89 lovelies"

"Woah that is cheap" I mumble and Lily nods "I know"

Pigtails turns around and start making our coffees.

"Are your friends here already?" I wonder out loud.

Lily's eyes scan the surroundings and stop on a booth to the far left of the room. "Yeah they are, it's those weirdos over there" she points at the booth where a guys and a girl were seated at already. "If you want you can go ahead and introduce yourself while I wait for our coffees"

Is she crazy? I'm not one of those people who can talk to people easily.

So I shake my head "No, I'll just wait here with you"

"Suit yourself" Lily shrugs.

Pigtails comes back and hands us our drinks "Enjoy"

"Thanks" Lily and I say in unison.

Lily starts walking to the booth her friends are sitting at and I have no other choice but to follow behind.

"John! Raven! This is my new roommate, Isabella" Lily says as she sits down in the booth, I sit beside her.

John had this boy next door look, he had blonde hair and blue eyes while Raven had black hear, really dark brown eyes and was wearing a Baby blue jumpsuit.

"Well hello there" Raven smirks at me and I wave at her.

John rolls his eyes "Ignore her, she hits on everything with a vagina"

Raven snorts "You're just jealous I get more girls than you do Johnny boy"

John stares at her in shock "You do not"

"Anyways" Lily cuts Raven and John off "Where is stupid number 3?"

John shrugs "I have no clue where my dumbass of a roommate is"

Raven clears her throat "Tell me about you Isabella"

"Don't fall for it, Raven doesn't do relationships" John warns and Raven shrugs.

"I like to have my options"

I just stare at them.

What have I gotten myself into?

"Sorry I'm late, I got stuck in traffic I hate the first day. Freashmans are so damn annoying" A tall guy with brown hair and brown eyes that had this redish thing to it sits down next to John.

I couldn't stop looking at his eyes, they weren't red they were just a really vivid brown that got this maroon color?

I can't even explain it.

"I mean I get your new but just shut the hell up" The guy says making me raise an eyebrow, Lily stare at him in disbelief and John stifle his laugh.

"Um, who are you?" The guy with interesting eyes asks.

I stare blankly at him "A freshman"

He looked vaguely familiar, I try to think if I've ever seen him before but come out blank.

Maybe he just has one of those faces.

Whatever that means.

The guy's eyes widen "I didn't mean you, I meant other freshman"

"What makes me different than the rest of the freshman population?" I question.

"You're hot, duh" Raven says.

"Thanks Raven but I was kidding I don't really care"I laugh and so does Lily and John.

We stay silent for a moment "So...is anyone going to introduce us or?" The guy trails off.

"This is Isabella, my new roommate" Lily says pointing her thumb at me.

"And that is Connor"

Hey guys!! I'm sorry for taking so long to update I've just been so busy.

My mom was at the hospital again last week and I stayed with her but she is out and I will writeee :D

I know you guys may be annoyed by me skipping times and stuff but I am doing it so I can get to the part where Ian is back in the picture and him and Bella interact for the first time :)
