Sister Debbie: She is too young to go. I am sorry Elizabeth.
Miss Elizabeth: She adores me. Trust me, She will be happy to go on the Titanic with Diana even if they are on separate classes. You know that.
Sister Debbie: Very well, I will discuss it with Miss Catherine. Now as for you, come back tomorrow at precisely 3:00. If you are late she does not go.
Miss Elizabeth: Yes ma'am! Right away ma'am!(Walks out of orphanage)
Next Day
(Looking nervously at the clock)
Sister Debbie: (Says to herself) 3:30. She is late again.
(Miss Elizabeth runs in holding her hat)
Sister Debbie: There you are!
Miss Elizabeth: I'm sorry I was late.
Sister Debbie: It's all right. It sure is rainy though!
Miss Elizabeth: Yes ma'am
Sister Debbie: Marie! You have a visitor!
(Marie runs downstairs)
Marie: Miss Elizabeth!
Miss Elizabeth: Marie!
(Marie & Miss Elizabeth hug and then a knock comes at the door. Says to Miss Elizabeth)
Sister Debbie: Just a moment please. (Sister Debbie goes and answers the door.)
Sister Debbie: Why, hello Mrs. Smith. (Tilting her head) Miss Rose.
Rose: Sister Debbie, May I see Diana?
Sister Debbie: Yes of course, She is upstairs. Diana you have a visitor!
(Rose goes upstairs.)
Sister Debbie: Have you made up your mind?
Mrs. Smith: Yes! We would like to adopt this one, Marie.
Sister Debbie: Why of course!
Miss Elizabeth: Ha. You-You said I could take her! Now you (Shaking her head) Nevermind. (Stomps out of the room)
