For the past month she sat with him. She would rant on about school, tv shows, and books.
The boy, on the other hand, kept silent. There was no emotion. She still didn't know his name. She felt like she was talking to a ghost sometimes.
Students constantly gave her a cursory and confused stare.
They'd whisper amongst one another.
She did seem strange just talking and ranting without a response.
Yet, she didn't mind.
