Vigilant however, I slowly entered and sat myself down behind the darkened windows, only to be asked to sit in the back with my head down for a while.
At his request or "Calum's request" rather, in his own words, I shot him a look in annoyance, but climbed over the seats clumsily anyway. Then, the car began to go in motion and immediately I shouted in fear: "WHAT IN THE HELL?!"
To which the chauffer just laughs and says in a thick Australian accent: "Don't worry Miss, we're just going to go around and then be back to pick up Calum."
I breathe a sigh of relief before letting out a laugh at my reaction, as I saw the chauffeur do just that and then, I understood as to why he did so. It was to make it look like Calum and I were not getting in the exact same car.
After we waited a good minute, I peeped as Calum finally appeared at the exit. He was struggling to move past the crowd even with the help all around him to keep him from being swallowed whole. Still, I watched him and I was completely starstruck.
So that's what famous Calum looks like.
That's what my boyfriend looks like.
He looked handsome.
I could see why the fans adored him, with his cute facial expressions, awkward mannerisms and bedhead hair. To think, he had just been fast asleep next to me moments ago.
And nobody knows.
He leaned in for few photos with fans and signed one or two items of merchandise, before eventually getting in the car with all our luggage.
When the car doors were finally shut, I carefully slipped onto the seat next to him, as he took off his bag and dropped it onto the floor.
"Sorry about all that." Calum grinned, as he leaned back on his seat. "I'm here now."
"I know, I know." I smiled before rolling my eyes jokingly and kissing his cheek. "Duty calls."

Deep into the quiet suburbs of Sydney, the SUV pulls over in front of the yard of a white wooden bungalow, surrounded by several Gum trees. The sun was out. It smiled down upon us through the very few puffs of clouds pinned against the backdrop of the endless blue sky. I was not missing the shitty, grey, English weather. That was for sure.
As we hopped off the car and unloaded our things, Calum pays the chauffeur and we both wait and watch him drive off down the street of the quaint neighborhood, before turning to the door.
This is it.
"Hellooooo, I'm home." Calum raspy voice calls loudly, as the Hood's front door swung wide open.
He wheeled in his suitcase carefully and I followed him closely behind with mine, before we shut the door behind us. The smell of something delicious cooking greeted our noses and music blared from behind the inner walls echoed through.
As Calum made one step forward, I unconsciously grabbed onto the sleeves of his shirt in worry.
"They'll love you." He whispers to me as he reads my mind and holds my hand tight. I could hear both our hearts thudding anyway.
"Hello, you two!" A smiling woman with short, lovely, dark curls on her head and plum lipstick greets, us as we walked into the kitchen. She had her hands in oven mittens as she tended to a cheesy baked pasta dish on the counters.
