Wow. I mean, wow. He is... Cute. really cute. What is his name? I look him over, maybe a clue. He's got taupe brown hair, red eyes, and absolutely perfect skin. He's... I'd say an angel, but... Demon fits more.
He's dressed in an orange hoodie...
"Orange," I call out.
He seems to look me over for a second and notes my backpack.
"Bat." He replies.
I can't help but smile, before Saazbaum stops the two of us.
"Could you two be quiet? You both have tests to make up. Please, sit down, Orange." Mr. Saazbaum mocks.
Orange goes and sits down where Aseylum was sat.
Two desks back from me, a row over. My eyes watch him walk past without my brains permission.
Focus, Slaine. He's a guy. He probably doesn't like guys.

Orange turns his test in about 20 minutes later, and I finish shortly after. He says goodbye to the wraith of a figure sitting behind the large mahogany desk.
I turn my test in after he does, and I'm trying to see his name... Ina something. I can't tell. Saazbaum wouldn't let me see.
Whatever.
I have to head to lunch pretty quickly. If there's one good thing about Aldnoah High, it's that we have a 45 minute lunch. It's great to socialize and catch up on work. Not that I have many friends to socialize with... Asseylum let's me stick around with her, so I get to be 'popular' for the hour. I think I've seen Orange around here and there, but I never noticed him. He hangs out with one senior girl, a girl named Inko I met one time and a few others. I don't know where they eat lunch, but... Maybe the school cafe. I'll have to look there some day.

I found myself at a table by alone in the cafeteria. Everyone else was with their friends... But whatever. I'm not gonna let it bother me anyways. I'll just listen to my music and enjoy my chicken and rice. Let's see... Next on my schedule is... Oh, right... Geometry. AP European history. I bet that's gonna be fun.

I feel like someone is watching me.
A quick scan around the room reveals nothing. Gotta be more focused.
Then, I see it. Orange is walking towards my table. I can't really tell if all his friends are with him...
He sits down and his eyes meet mine.
"Bat."
"O-orange..."
