"I've just been randomly logged out of Facebook." you looked up with a half smile confused as it had never happened before without your permission.

"If two people are on it at the same time one of you randomly gets logged off. "Angela spoke up with a smile. "Maybe someone hacked you."

"Oh maybe." you joked retyping in your information as your normal timeline appeared across your screen.

Angela began to talk about work and the different people she new quickly losing your interest as you really couldn't relate to what she was saying at all. Though, she hadn't notice you no longer paying attention something caught your eye again. The log in screen appeared on your phone as you had been booted from your account once more.

"(y/n)..." Angela waved a hand in front of your face. "It's time to get off."

Locking your phone and replacing it into your purse, you followed her back into a different crowded platform.

"Jesus is every place this crowded?" you asked as you resurfaced back onto the street.

"Not every place." Angela replied. "Our apartment isn't crowded."

"Ha ha." you told her sarcastically as she couldn't help but laugh. "I'm a little concerned about being logged out of my Facebook..."

"Do you really think someone hacked into it?" she asked stopping to look at you. "Do you still..."

"Yes I still do that. That's why I'm so concerned." you told her lowering your voice. "What I'm doing is illegal."

"I know I know. When we get home we'll change your passwords and stuff. It'll be alright." she said trying to reassure you.

Angela pushed the shopping cart around the store grabbing only the necessary items due to having to transfer them all back via subway train. Unable to concentrate on the task at hand, Angela did the majority of the shopping knowing you had good reason to be afraid. Multiple people took up each aisle as you had to dodge around them in order to get what you needed.

"Stay with me." Angela called out knowing your mind had been drifting. "We're done."

The cashier had been slow running each item over the scanner causing your skin to crawl. Such a meaningless task shouldn't be so difficult though the cashier didn't seem to put any effort into the task at all. Pulling out your amex card from your wallet, you ran in down the machine as the approved sign appeared.

"I'll pay you back for my share." Angela told you as she carried a few bags out of the store while you had the others.

"Don't worry about it. It's my treat." you told her trying to carry the bags back down into the crowded subway platform.

---1 hour later---

"Oh my god. I'm going to die." you breathed out trying to catch your breath from all the walking with heavy bags in your hands. "I'm so out of shape."

"You're not out of shape. You'll get used to this I swear it." Angela laughed still a good distance head of you as she waited at the door of the apartment building. "Oh, Elliot! Hey!"

The guy from before seemed to be walking toward the apartment as well with what appeared to be his dog from the opposing direction. Arriving at the door, Elliot and Angela both turned their attention toward you.

"Glad you decided to join us." Angela joked as Elliot reached his hands out in your direction taking the bags away from you.

"Oh you don't need to do that." you told him as your arms hung heavily at your sides from the weight of the bags.

"It's fine. We're neighbors right?" he wore a small smile as he followed Angela inside the doors to the lobby. Walking behind him, you couldn't help but notice how adorable his dog was as it quickly followed along with the group.

"That's a really cute dog." you said breaking the silence while walking up the stairs.

"His name is Flipper." Elliot replied.

"Appropriately cute name." you commented reaching down taking the dog in your arms so he no longer had to try and walk up the different flight of steps.

Reaching the your floor, the group walked back toward the doors where your apartment had been beside Elliot's. Angela fiddled with the key before managing to unlock the door despite her arms still being full from bags. Quickly walking toward the table, she placed them down gently as Elliot did the same.

"Flipper seems to like you." Elliot noticed turning his attention toward you.

"That's good to hear. I like him too." you smiled at Elliot watched your actions with his dog.

"Maybe he can come visit again sometime." Elliot suggested after pausing for a few moments.

"He can visit anytime he wants to." you replied locking eyes with your new friend. He seemed like he had a staring issue as he continued to look at you despite not saying a word.

"You're officially relieved of your duties, Elliot." Angela told him walking to where you both stood. Putting the dog back onto the floor Elliot turned to walk out.

"See you tomorrow?" you asked as he turned around walking backwards out into the hallway.

"Yeah...tomorrow." he replied with a blank look on his face before wearing his small smile once more.
