CHAPTER TWO: FATE

"I'm going by now!"

I yelled and put my sneakers on. I looked next to the door and grabbed the blue umbrella.

'I'm returning this to him today!'

I entered the class as I bring along the umbrella and hang it to my table. Then, suddenly my friend Sang Mi arrived and noticed me.

"Good morning Yumi!"

I smiled to her.

"Good morning too Sang Mi!"

"Eh?? You're bringing umbrella today? It's really rare to see you like this."

She said.

"Owh..haha y-yeah. Anyway, this is not mine. Just someone else that I borrowed yesterday. Haha."

"I see. "

She settled down on her seat.

A few minutes later, an announcement from the teacher was made.

"To all the class monitors, please come to give out the class books"

Everyday, I have to take and return the book class after listing down the absents student's name.

I was on my feet and heading to the office. Then, suddenly something in the corner of the school hall caught my eyes. I stopped from walking and stared on something.

I recognize him! That's him!

I saw that guy from yesterday was standing against the locker with his sport uniform.

'Hmmm, let's see what class have sports period now.'

I thought and continued to the office.

Their first lesson is sport...

I better ask the teacher about new students or something. I've never seen him before.

"Saem, is there a new student in 3-B class?"

He looked to me.

"New student huh?"

"Wait a minute"

He immediately took out the book records of student as he looked through something.

"Yes. He just came yesterday."

"His name is Jeon Jungkook."

"Why? You have something to say to him?"

"Uh? Yeah s-sort of."

I bought my lunchbox along with me as I sat on the bench under the tree nearby. I slowly eat my packed food. Suddenly, I heard a few sounds from the bushes behind.

"Eh? What's that sound?"

I looked around but no students even care about the sound.

I slowly put my lunchbox on the bench as I was on my feet to the bushes. Then, I saw something was moving in it.

"Mioww"

'A-A cat??!!'

"Miowww"

There, it goes on again.

I quickly sneaked into the bushes and saw a white chubby cat.

"It's cute!"

I immediately reach to it and grabbed it along with me.
