"I'm so fucking sick of this!" Malia shouted, throwing her arms up as she paced back and forth, awaiting Travis's arrival.

Malia heard his car door shut, now she was just waiting for him to walk into the house. He hadn't been home all night, she was annoyed and sick of his bullshit.

"Where were you last night?" Malia asked as Travis walked in the front door, a grin on his face.

"I was out, over my uh, my cousins house." He shrugged, walking towards her to give her a hug.

Malia pushed him away, "Bullshit, T." She called him by his nickname, "I know you're lying! Do not lie to me!" She pointed her finger at him, furrowing his eyebrows.

"I'm not lying! What's wrong with you?" He exclaimed, backing away slowly.

"Do you even know what yesterday was?!"

Travis shrugged, "Thursday?"

Malia's jaw dropped, "Wow, are you fucking kidding me?"

"I'm so lost." He sighed, tilting his head and folding his arms over his chest.

"It was our three year anniversary." She hissed through clench teeth.

His eyes widen, "Oh shit," he mumbled, "I'm so sorry babe."

"You don't understand how much that hurts, Travis." She began to cry, "Do you even care about this relationship anymore?" She asked, her voice cracking.

"Of course I do, I wouldn't be here if I didn't. Look," he walked over to her and wrapped his arms around her, "I'll make it up to you, babe."

"Promise?" She sniffled, wrapping her arms around his torso.

He cleared his throat, "Mhm." He hummed, rubbing her back softly.

Malia's POV

I walked into In & Out, the bell ringing to let the workers know someone has walked inside, and I search for Nate. He asked me to meet up with him here for our daily lunch date. Lately, I haven't been able to go due to stress and work.

Luckily, he understood and didn't get too upset over it.

"Malia!" Nate lowly shouted across the room, raising his hand to get my attention.

I gave him a smile and quickly walked over to the booth he had picked out. Nate stood up and embraced me into a tight hug.

"You act like you missed me." I joked, hugging him back just as tightly.

Nate chuckled, "I did."

I pulled away slowly, my hands resting on his shoulders and his on my waist, "You just seen me yesterday night, Nate." I grinned.

"True," he nodded, "but we haven't done this in like, two weeks." He pointed out.

I faintly pout, "I know, I'm sorry. That's my fault," I take a seat, as well as he does, "I've been so stressed and then there's work, but that's still not an excuse so I'm so-"

Nate laughed, "Chill, Malia. It's all good, I understand." He smiled, "I ordered our food already."

"Thank you," I dragged out, "So how've you been? How's the music thang going?" I said playfully.
