I walked behind Sister Angie down the stairs. All four of them were waiting in the family room.
"Boys you remember Thea." Sister Angie said as she pointed to me. I just stood there.
"Hey." they all said.
"They wanted someone younger so why am I the one going?" I asked.
"They decided on you." Sister Angie said.
"She convinced us you were the right choice and I think you are too." Kendall said.
"You're just sucking up." I said. The other three laughed.
"Did you guys decide on who's going to sign the papers and be her head guardian?" Sister Angie asked.
"We thought we'd let Thea decide." Carlos said.
"In other words you couldn't decided who wants to take charge f me." I said. "I won't be hurt if you choose one of the other girls. I would choose Maddie. She can sing."
"Thea." Logan said. I turned and looked at him. "We really want to adopt you."
"Fine, if you say so." I said. "If I really need to choose then I choose the blond."
"Me?" Kendall asked, pointing to himself.
"No the other blond." I said. The other three laugh again.
"Oh this girl is going to be great." Logan said. I smiled. Looks like I'm really am adopted.
