Beep! Beep! Beeep! Annoyed that it woke me up from my peaceful slumber, I slap the dismiss button. I throw the covers off of my body and walk down the stairs to the kitchen.

"Good morning." My mum says as I walk in.

"Morning."

"Are you hungry? I made scrambled eggs and bacon." She smiles.

"Thanks."

"What's wrong?"

"Just mad." I sigh.

"Why?"

"My freaking alarm." She chuckles and sits down across from me.

"I have to work later tonight, I will leave some money so you can order some pizza or something. The boys can come over if they want."

"Okay."

"I have to get going or I will be late, have a good day, love you."

"I love you too." She kisses my cheek and I groan. "Mum, I'm not a little kid anymore."

"I know." She chuckles. "Bye."

"Bye." I finish my food and set my dirty dish in the sink. I get back to my room and I pull a clean tee over my head and try to get into my jeans. I lose my balance and fall over. Smooth Calum, smooth.

"Are you okay?" Mali asks as I make my way to the door to put my shoes on.

"Yeah why wouldn't I?"

"I heard a loud thud." She laughs.

"I just dropped something." I lie.

"Like what? Your body?"

"I'm going."

"Okay Cal. Bye."

"Bye." I shut the door behind me and get into my car turning up the music. Remedy by State Champs comes on and I sing along loudly. {If you don't know the song or them, you should go Luke it up. Get it Luke-look. Never mind that was lame af.}
