Swimming Lessons [Pic. of Liam]

"I'm going over to Noah's! He didn't tell me why!"

"As long as you don't do anything bad, I'm fine with it!" she yelled back.

I rolled my eyes. Just cause I'm going over to an extremely hot guy's house doesn't mean I'm going to do anything 'bad' with him. Jeez, no trust whatsoever.

"Bye!"

I was about to exit the door when my mom shouted again, "Be back for dinner!"

"'kay!" I yelled back and walked out the door and towards their house.

When I rang the doorbell, I was greeted by Steve. "Hi, JayJay!" He used the nickname Charlie always uses for me.

"Daddy, that's MY nickname for her!" Charlie ran up to me and gave me a hug and I smiled.

"So?" Steve challenged.

"So you can't use it." Charlie stated.

"But I want to." Steve whined and I laughed at their childish behavior.

"No! I made it up!" Charlie whined back.

"What are you gonna do about it?" Steve smiled triumphantly, hands on his hips and bent over at his waist.

Charlie kicked him in the shin and started to run away.

"Ah! Charlie! You are in lots of trouble, young lady!" Steve shouted, running after her.

She stopped for a brief moment and put her thumbs in her ears like she had antlers and stuck her tongue out before turning rapidly and running away again.

I laughed even more. I love this family so much, sometimes it feels like I'm a part of it. I smiled even wider at that thought.

"Hey, Jade!" Jane called and I turned my attention to her. She looked kind of worn out. Her hair was askew and her nose was red. She looked at me while rubbing her left eye. Her eyelids were slightly drooping, signaling that she was very tired.

"Are you okay, Jane?!" I asked, rushing to her.

"Yeah, I'm fine," she waved her hand, "Just have the common cold. It'll be gone within a few days."

"You should rest." I told her, relieved that nothing was wrong with her. "Do you need anything?"

"I just going to get some sleep when I saw you, and I don't need anything, but thanks." she smiled warmly and I smiled back.

She started to walk up the stairs when she turned and said, "Noah's in the gym."

"Thanks." I said gratefully before turning around to walk out the house and into the backyard.

I walked into the swimming pool area when out of nowhere, I was pushed into the swimming pool.

I started panicking as soon as I hit the water. I got pulled under and then I pushed my way up to the surface, gasping for air and flapping my arms around in a vain attempt to stay afloat but only being pulled under. Fear wrapped its iron hand around my neck, only making it harder for me to breathe.

With my flailing arms, I felt a wet body near me and I clung on, wrapping my legs around their waist and my arms around their neck. I soon realized that the body was of a boy's.

"Wow, Cupcake. I should push you in more often if you're gonna cling onto me like this." I heard Noah's amused voice.

I looked up to him and screamed, "Y-you b*stard!"

In my fury, I let go and started drowning again. But this time, Noah wrapped his muscular arms around my waist and pulled me into him.

"W-why did you p-push me in?" I asked him, not resisting since I knew I'd just fall back in if I did.
