WOAH
okay i never in a million years thought this would happen to me holy

holy moly

ok here we go this is gonna be a long one

so theres this kiddo (my age lol) (lets call him toothpick bc it rhymes with his name) and hes in my government class and for the past month weve been gettin closer and closer and he sits next to me on the floor at the end of class bc we do what we want in there and hes always touchin me like not sexual or anything but you know...contact... anyway so i gave him my number bc one time he asked me for it but i thought he was kidding so i didnt but the next day i wrote it in his book and then we texted a lil bit and like a week later i just got like a HUGE WAVE OF COURAGE

AND I MEAN A HUGE FLIPPIN WAVE

and i texted him like this during spanish:

me: hey

me: hey

me: guess what

(at this point he hadnt replied in like ten minutes and my courage had fizzled to a nonexistent droplet)

(continuing on🔻)

me: nvm u suck

toothpick: wat

toothpick: sorry im in class lol

me: ik you are lol

me: i was gonna tell you somethin but idk if i should euhhhhh

(now theres only two minutes left in class and he has to go to football practice right after and i go to soccer practice)

toothpick: well its too late now u better tell me!!!

me: euhhaghhh

- (thats the end of the texts) -

so then apparently his phone got stolen at football practice that day and i kinda dwelled in my sorrow bc he didnt text me about it so my thought process was that he didnt even think about what i wanted to tell him and honestly couldnt care less. (at the time i didnt know his phone got stolen so he couldn't text me) but the next day in class we were just sittin and he turns around and just smiles to say hi and then turns back around and then he turns back around to face me again really fast and his eyes are huge and his mouth is open and then he says:

"what were you gonna tell me yesterday?! my phone got stolen so i couldnt text you about it!!"

me: "nothin"

him: really?

me: yeah nothin

him: taraaaaa

me: nickkkkkk

(yes i do realize i just gave away his name who gives a flyin rat NOT ME ok continue)

him: telll meeee

me: noooooo

him: yessssss

me: noooooo

(this went on for the entire classtime)

(and then it continued the next day)

(and literally the next day)

finally it was friday and there was a football game, so of course he was gonna be there but he wasnt playing bc hes a freshman

so me and my friends walk over to this one area and of course nick's over there with his buddies and im kinda standin back a lil bit bc i just didnt wanna deal with the "yes" "no" "yes" "no" thing again, but then he sees me and he says:

"t, come here." and he jumps off the lil rail he was sittin on and takes me over to the side where no one's at and he says:

"t, just tell me, please come on, i've waited like five days for this shit"

me: "more like three days but..."

nick: why cant you just tell me?

me: because i just dont have enough courage or self confidence to do that....

nick: what, do you like me or something?

me: (no answer) (OF COURSE I LOVE YOU CANT YOU TELL OH MY GOSHBEKBHSIH SCREAMS) (< of course i didnt say that)

nick: come on just tell me

(and here im looking at the ground and kickin the dirt a lil bit and he gets closer to me and puts his face up next to mine and kicks my foot real gently with his foot and he was so close he could have kissed me ahh butterflies in my tummy)

me: i like you :))

nick: *runs hands through hair and smiles a little* okay, alright. that wasnt so hard was it? *walks away*

**later**

my bff texts me and says that another kid said that nick told him that he has a gf but he still likes me a lot, and is in a bad position right now.

SO THERE YAY MY LIFE SUCKS :)))))
