Chapter 7

"Hey, I think we should stop, Bella I don't want you freaking out again." Chris said with worry.

"No, no..if Josh can handle this I can to. Ask it whose sister." I was determined.

"It's gotta be.." Ashely whimpered.

"Then which sister is it?" Josh basically yelled.

"Hannah..is that you?" Ashley cried out.

The board went to..yes.

I was breathing extremely heavy now, but I wanted to know more, or didn't I? I wasn't sure.

"Oh God..no." I whimpered on the verge of tears again.

"Josh..." Ashley questioned him.

"No, I'm fine. Keep going." He was just as determined as I was.

"Hannah, we miss you, and we want to know what happened to you. Can you...can you tell us..what happened?"

"No, no, I didn't betray you..." The voices in my head repeated the spirit boards words.

"No, no we didn't kill them! It was just a prank! I'm sorry I am so so sorry!" Ashely cried.

"Who killed you, Hannah who killed you?" She controlled herself a bit more now.

"Proof in the library..." I mumbled again, not exactly talking to anyone.

Thats when the whole table shook and the pointer flew off of the table. We all got up and let out small screams and gasps.

"Holy shit. Chris." Ashely said, putting her shaky hands above her head.

"You know what? No, this is bullshit. This isn't real." Josh tried to calm himself down.

"It can't be...no no one killed them... Why...no. It's all bullshit..." I backed into a wall, taking off my beanie and running my hands through my hair.

"Josh-I don't know what's going on.." Ashely was trying to apologize.

"Listen, I don't know..I don't know if you think messing with me is somehow going to help me deal with my grief or whatever but this is not cool." He said more seriously now, thinking this was all a sick joke, and so help if one of them did this to fuck with us, then they're going to be hurt.

"Josh no! You wanted to us the spirit board!" Ashley was explaining herself for making him feel bad.

"Hey, Josh, Bella, it's not Ash's fault!" Chris chimed in.

"I don't need this right now! You guys are full of it!" He yelled before walking out.

"I swear to god, if you assholes think this is funny-"

"No, Bella, we would never do anything like this!" Ashley whimpered.

Should Bella go after Josh or stay with Ash and Chris?
