Strings Stitched 2 Broken Souls- Chapter 8

Manik: Is pool main jump dene ko kaha baba.. koi Nigera falls main nahi..
Nandini smiled a bit, seeing her he to felt some relief, but still she was sad.

Suddenly his phone rang & he picked the call & unknowingly put it on speaker.
"Hey tom.. how are you.."
"Jerry.. kaisi hai.. i missed you soo much.."

Nandini's gets a shock, said in her mind, "kaun is waqt call kar raha hai and aise tom jerry kya hai yee.. naam hai na.. to fir kyu.."

"Tom.. nautanki band kar okay.. ek call bhi nai kiya hai.. or miss kiya.."
"Jerry yaar you know na.. vo i was busy whole day.. btw is time pe call kiya.. all fine?!"
"Ab mujhe reason chahiye.. waise mogambo is back.. abi mogambi called me to ask our whereabouts"
"Yaarrr.. why can't they just let us live.." he replied in anger & hearing this nandini got scared.

"Bhai.. calm down.. I'll be leaving 2mrw but Aunty ke sath hi rahungi.." said mukti to calm him down.
Hearing bhai from her, nandini don't know why felt a relief.
"Okay.. chal ab so jaa..kal dekhte hai..& sun.." manik ordered her.
"Haa tom, i know.. i will take care koi bhi problem hogi I'll call you.. & apke bina ghar nai jaungi.. happy.." replied mukti.
Nandini & Manik smiled on her sentence..
"Ha okay.. chal gn..main kal aa raha hun.." Said Manik & they hung up the call.

Manik turned to her: So.. lets jump..
Nandini's eyes popped out: What.. arey.. lekin..
Manik got up & said: You know.. jab meri mood off hoti hai na.. to what i do..
Nandini: What..
Manik stood on the ledge of pool facing back to pool: Open my arms, look up, close your eyes, take a deep breath & loose your self.

Nandini: Sir.. you will fall.. don't do..

Manik wasn't listening to her and loosen himself & fell in pool.

Nandini yelled: Sir..
Manik opened his eyes: See.. just let it go.. come.. do it..
Nandini: Sir but..
Manik: Nandini.. for once.. mere liye..
She blushed hearing mere liye..
She turned, did the same and fell in pool. (she knows swimming)

She rested herself in water & manik too rested after sometime,

Nandini opened her eyes & said "It actually worked.."
"See i told you" raising his eyes he said.
Both closed their eyes & rested their heads on ledge.

Manik: You know what.. i always do this..
Nandini: Can i ask you something..
Manik looked at her, read her face & said: You want to know why i do this often.. what is that thing which is haunting me..

Nandini looked him fully shocked: How do you know i was about to ask you this..

Manik smiled: I don't know.. bas pata chal gaya..

Manik continued closing his eyes: You know what.. I hate to live..
Nandini was shocked.

Manik: Don't be so shocked.. i don't want this materialistic duniya.. i don't want to be Mr.Malhotra i want to be Manik.. only Manik. You know i love playing music, but Mogambo, my Dad he admit me in Management. He everytime taunts me for music. I never got what i wished for.. Jerry, My Sister, Mukti i love her so much & i am alive for her..

Nandini was listening him very carefully, feeling every word of him, & knowing that how much hurt he was..

He continued, "One day when i was just playing for changing mood, he came, took my guitar & 'dush' (he acted, hitting on floor) he broked my guitar.. and gave me a tight slap, yelled at me not to think about music again.. & My mom..

Nandini got again a shocked that despite of being so strong, he is broken from inside, totally. He is like a coconut, hard from outside & soft from in.

He stopped at My Mom, & she raised her eyes, he opened his eyes & saw her.
He turned his face & closed his eyes, she loves me but.. never loved me..

Nandini got confused.
Manik: dont be confused.. but you know what.. today... i was real me.. Only Manik.. all because of you..

Nandini blushed, smiled & jumped in excitement.

Manik: You know what.. everyone should be like you..
Nandini: Matlab..
Manik: Matlab.. chahe jitni bhi problems ho.. always wear smile. This us good about you & i like you..

He stopped, opened his eyes, saw her raisibg eyebrows, & he continued, "I mean i like your way.. yeah.."

Scene Freezed on seeing each other.

Phew... finally a big update.. Let me know how was this?? But i am upset with you all. I give you long long updates but i only get few responses as comments.. Guys i write it for you & you guys just read & leave it. Ab peehu is upset with you..
