Chapter 17

NIALL'S POV

Harry had just told me why everyone seemed to hate Ash so much .When I first heard the story I thought No way would Ashley do that to Niamh .She looks so innocent. I realised then that I was really good friends with Niamh and there was no way her and the other girls would lie to us about it .

Last night , even Katie was looking at her with anger in her eyes .That kind of defeated my whole purpose because all I had wanted to do was make her jealous of Ash and show her that she does have feelings for me .

I met Ashley because she was my friend Sean's cousin .I was looking for a girl to make Katie jealous and Ash seemed to tick all of the boxes .Little did I know that everyone in the group seemed to hate her ,except for Louis and he hadn't known about the whole Niamh thing .

Even Chloe seemed to really hate Ashley and her and Niamh aren't even that good of friends .Kat hated her just as much as Niamh did because they were as close as sisters.Harry and Liam had become better friends because they had to hang around each other with Kat and Niamh a lot .

Louis was the only one apart from me who didn't seem to be getting anywhere with the girl he liked . Everyone could see that both him and Roisin wanted to be more than friends but we had all decided not to tell them about it until they figured it out for themselves .

I didn't know what to do now because I didn't have time to get a new girlfriend to make Katie jealous before we all went to France.I was trying to make her jealous before we went to France because Sonny wasn't going to be there .Sonny seemed like a nice enough guy but I thought I loved Katie .She meant more to me than his feelings did .

I would just have to talk to Niamh and see if she could stand to be around Ashley for long enough for me to make Katie jealous .I didn't even really care about Ashley to be honest she seemed like a bit of a slut but whatever !She was the best I could do under these circumstances !

Okay so here goes . I picked up my phone scrolled down to Niamhs number and pressed the call button . It began ringing nearly immediately .

NIAMHS POV

Niall had called me and asked me to go over to his house because he needed to talk to me thought that it was about Ashley because what else was there to talk about ?

I knocked on his front door and he let me into his house

"Hey " I greeted him

"Hey "He greeted back . He threw himself on his sofa

There was an awkward silence before I asked Niall "What do you want to talk to me about ?"

"Well ......Harry told me about why you hated Ashley so much ....but "He hesitated

"What is it , Niall ?" I said impatiently

He continued "I think everyone knows that Im only with Ash to make Katie jealous but I want to make her jealous before we go to France , So that when we're there she ll realise that we are perfect for each other .There's only a couple of weeks until we go to France and I don't have enough time to find another girl to make her jealous ." He looked up at me hopefully before saying

"So what Im trying to ask is ....Can you deal with Ashley until France ?And then I'll break up with her , I promise "

He looked really nervous . He must really care about Katie to even ask me that so I replied quickly before I could regret my decision .

"As long as she stays away from me and doesn't try to start any arguments."I said sternly because if she started trying to fight with me there was no way I wouldn't fight back .

He grabbed me into a bear hug "Thank you so much Niamh "

I couldn't breathe too easily "Cannttt ....Breeeaaathhheee....Niallllll"

He released me from the hug before looking at me apologetically

"Niall , you do realise its not just me who absolutely hates Ashley . Kat really despises her too and none of the others like her ."

"Yeah , well I'll just have to talk to Kat and the others will just have to stick her "He said enthusiastically .

"You do realise how stubborn Kat is ?"

"Well then I'll get Harry to talk to her , She'll do anything for him . Stop being so negative!"

I shrugged my shoulders "It comes naturally!" I replied cheekily

"Of course it does !" Niall replied , laughing

KATS POV

We had booked the flight tickets to France and now it was just a case of buying all of the stuff that we needed .Me and Roisin had planned a shopping trip to buy all the clothes we needed for the trip .

Niamh was meant to have been going to but she had to speak to Niall so she couldn't go .Louis and Harry were trying to beat each other on the Xbox whuch we knew would go on for hours so it was the perfect time to go shopping !

Roisins leg was healing much faster so she could walk properly with the crutches and didn't have to hobble any more !We got on the bus and sat on two seats beside each other , putting our feet up on the chairs in front of us .

The bus started getting really busy so we had to move our feet onto the same seat .A man walked up the bus and because there were no other seats for him to sit on we began tomove our feet so he could sit on the seat . The man turned to us and said "I don't want to sit there now your feet have been on it "

At this he turned and walked to the front of the bus . Me and Roisin burst out laughing and the man turned around to face us and gave us dirty looks the whole way to the shops .

I felt relieved to get off the bus after that weird man . Me and Roisin were still laughing about that !

By the end of the day we had our hands full with as many bags as we could carry .I'd put loads of my little bags into the bigger one .Me and Roisin had both bought a maxi dress because there were some really nice ones in Topshop and I had bought some new converse because I had an obsession with them !

We had both bought some new sunglasses . I had to talk Roisin out of spending all of her shopping money for France on chocolate .

"I wonder what Niall had to speak to Niamh about ..." Roisin wondered

"It was probably about Ashley " I replied .

"I wonder if he's going to dump her .."Roisin mused

"If he doesn't I'll hit him !" I said , focused on eating my bar of chocolate .

"So would I because that means that we'd actually have to hang around her " Roisin added

"Yeah , that and she'd annoy the hell out of Niamh "I reminded her

"Yeah I wonder why she hates Niamh so much ?"Roisin said

"I don't know..." I didn't really want to continue the conversation because I hated talking about Ashley and what she had done to Niamh .Me and Niamh were like sisters so when I heard what Ashley had done I wanted to punch her face in so much ...and I wasn't even a very violent person !
