I saw (Name) running down the hallway. I think she was crying. . . But why? I couldn't see since her hair was covering her eyes. I ran after her to find out what was going on, but I couldn't find her.

Then it began to rain. I stopped under a tree in a park to shield myself from the rain which would ruin my symmetrical clothes. Although the rain was quite loud, sobs could be heard in the distance. I caught a glance of (h/c) hair and began to walk towards her, trying to ignore the rain.

"What nice weather. Unfortunately, rain won't wash away my tears, it'll only keep them hidden. Not that it matters anyways," she sniffed, her face hidden in her palms. "Ever since you died. . . I never let my guard down - I don't even smile anymore! I've become a cold monster that everybody hates,"

"That's not true, (Name)," I sat down beside her on the wet bench. Her hands moved away from her face, revealing her puffy red eyes. "I care - We care. Liz, Patty, Maka, Soul, Tsubaki, Black Star, we could never hate you." I consoled her, rubbing her back softly. She broke down all over again, this time crying into my shoulder.

"But why? Why do you care?" She sobbed, clutching onto my shirt. "Why shouldn't we care? You're my - our friend! And as your friend, I deserve to know why you're crying,"

She huffed, "I - I'm not crying." Hiccuping in between her words, tears still wetting my shirt with the rain. "What's wrong, (Name)? You can tell me. . ." I cooed, smiling at her response.

"W - Well, you're not going to tell anyone!"

"I'm sorry," Kid apologized again as we stood under the shade of a closed stall. We were both soaked. I was still replaying what happened before. . .

"Not a soul." He smiled, his sharp gaze gently meeting mine.

"I - It's alright. Not your fault it started raining so suddenly," I replied, not wanting to be rude and ignore him while I was trapped in my own thoughts.

"Don't be upset, (Nickname). I'll always be here for you." He whispered in my ears, finally pulling me into a soft hug.

I began to blush, my face burned up. I turned to Kid. "(Name)! You're turning red - are you feeling alright? Is it a fever?" His concern for me was quite cute. I smiled in response, "I'm good."

"Although we may get wet again, my home is quite close from here. You could always dry off there until the rain stops," he suggested. "Yes please - ! I mean. . . that would be nice." I shivered, correcting myself so I didn't look too enthusiastic about seeing his place. Then he grabbed my hand.

I stared at him, confused, "Kid?"

We ran. Well, he dragged me as he ran. It wasn't the safest thing to do with the slippery roads but the rain wasn't slowing down and neither were we. We stopped in front of a huge mansion. "Wow," I panted, out of breath. "Awesome - ! I mean, it's nice."

"You know, you don't need to pretend to be 'cool' when you're with me. I like the real you." he gushed, soon blushing after realizing what he said. I laughed, "Are you saying that the 'real me' isn't cool ? !"

"N - No!"

After the two went inside the large mansion-like building, they were greeted by Liz and a grinning Patty. The cold air finally hit you, "H - hiya," you shivered.

"What have you two been up to, returning this late so drenched?" Liz smirked slightly, lending a hand to you, leading you upstairs to a spare bedroom. Luckily, Liz was generous enough to offer her clothes to you. You were shorter than her, so some of her clothes were too large. Instead, she gave you one of her old sets of clothes; a cute but short red blouse that ended just above your stomach, revealing your skin, and skinny jeans. Both were still quite tight, but Liz offered for you to keep them anyways, telling you it was meant to be worn that way.

You thanked her and headed back downstairs to look for Kid. Since the rain had died down, Kid was waiting for you near the door, wanting to walk you home. He blushed when he saw you. "H - Hi." He said, awkwardly. He wanted to say something nice, but calling you symmetrical didn't really seem very polite.

"I mean - you look good!" He complimented you. "Thanks. It's still kind of cold outside. I should be alright, though," you wondered aloud, standing beside him. "Hm, wait here," Kid went back up the stairs to what you thought was his room.

"Here," he grinned, passing you a black sweater that was very symmetrical. You blushed, as creepy as it was, it smelled like him.

"I'll walk you home," he offered, putting out his hand for you to hold. "You don't need to, I'll be okay on my own." You hummed, trying not to sound too rude. Putting on the sweater, you thanked him again.

"See ya soon."

Little did you know, it wasn't only Kid that you'd see soon. On the way home, a special albino noticed you leaving Kid's home and couldn't bite back his growl of jealousy.
