Estonia took a deep breath before entering the world meeting hall for the first time.

"Estonia!"

He turned when he heard his name called, only to have a crying Latvia throw himself at him.

"I missed you!" Latvia exclaimed.

Estonia laughed, trying to convince himself that those definitely weren't tears welling up in his eyes when he saw Lithuania standing behind Latvia.

"How have you been?" Lithuania asked after the three of them had exchanged hugs, his voice cracking a bit.

"I've been fine." Estonia shrugged, "As embarrassing as it is to admit it, I've missed you two a lot."

"It's not embarrassing. I think that we all missed each other." Lithuania managed a smile.

"I wasn't expecting to miss you guys since we don't really have much in common, but I did." Latvia added.

Lithuania and Estonia exchanged looks and laughed at Latvia's bluntness.

"So have you gotten with Poland yet?" Estonia teased.

Lithuania turned bright red.

"U-uh... well... n-not exactly..."

"You should! Worst case scenario he says no." Latvia said.

"Not helping, Latvia." Estonia sighed.

Suddenly, a small smile appeared on Lithuania's face.

"So what about you and Russia?"

Estonia sighed.

"I haven't seen him since we left..."

Latvia's face lit up.

"He's already here! Go talk to him!"

"What am I supposed to say? We haven't seen each other in over a year!"

"Are you serious? You have a blog where you talk to random strangers every day and you don't know how to talk to Russia?" Lithuania laughed.

Estonia looked away awkwardly.

"I hate you two sometimes." He muttered as he walked across the room to where Russia was sitting.

He paused, noticing that Russia seemed to be having a conversation with Ukraine. Out of nowhere, Ukraine burst into tears and ran away. Surprise, surprise.

Unsure of what to say, he walked up to Russia from behind and wrapped his arms around his neck. He felt Russia tense before whirling around. When he saw that it was Estonia, his face softened and he returned the hug, pressing his lips against Estonia's.

"I missed you so much." He whispered.

Estonia smiled and kissed Russia's cheek.

"I missed you too."

Estonia frowned when they pulled away.

"You're crying." He pointed out.

"So are you." Russia laughed through his tears as he sat down.

Estonia smiled and shook his head, sitting next to him.

"I love you."

"I still don't understand how." Russia sighed, "Why me of all people?"

"We've been over this, Russia." Estonia said sharply, emphasizing his point with another kiss.

Russia cupped Estonia's cheek in his hand as they pulled away.

"You're not leaving me again, right?" Russia asked softly.

"Ei. Never."
