Translated from the Italian

In the beginning, there was no time. There was no space. There was only Aethos. A single breath, held within eternity. Absolute perfection. But perfection is sterile. For the Universe to be born, Unity had to be shattered. The balance was broken in a detonation of pure will that ignited the stars and tore the very fabric of existence, birthing two distinct planes of reality. Aenar, the Architect, claimed the stable matter. He forged the Orbis: the realm of physical reality, of immutable laws. Here, Aenar also crafted the Final Promise: the Aeterna, a sanctuary of stillness where the souls of the just are preserved forever from decay. Maeroth, the Devourer, was cast out.

He was exiled into the Kenoma. The Outer Void. An anti-world where logic goes to die and matter is a fluid nightmare. In the Kenoma, there is no salvation: the souls that fall there are consumed, erased forever in the chaotic hunger of the Dark God. Maeroth craves to tear down the dimensional veil, to devour Aenar and the Aeterna itself, fusing everything into a single kingdom of horror. To protect Creation, Aenar chose a specific land on the continent of Tharien. A vast region he named Aethoria. Here, at the exact center, he raised the Axis Mundi: an indestructible spire of stone, the pivot of the world. But the power of a single tower was not enough. At a great distance, arranged in a perfect circle at the region's edge, Aenar placed the Six Seals. Six lesser towers, anchored deep into the planet's crust, channeling their energy inward to lock the gate between worlds. Around each Seal, a civilization rose, and Aethoria was divided into Six Fiefs, each sworn to protect their tower. From the will of the two Gods, the Emissaries were born. Twelve entities, mirrors of one another. The Six Keepers, children of Aenar, charged with watching over the Seals. The Six Heralds, children of Maeroth—shadows infiltrated into reality, agents of chaos born to sabotage the defenses, sow vice, and pave the way for their master's arrival.

For millennia, the balance held. But the influence of the Kenoma is insidious. And now, the power of the Axis Mundi has begun to flicker...
