Little friend

50 16 20

Splash, shoo, splash and jump
Into a big tree, she carelessly bumps
The clothes get stained, feet all muddy
She's still shouting "Here I come, buddy!"
Taking big steps, crawling with creepers
Acting like a broom used by sweepers
She's splashing, shooing, running hard
Ignoring the juicy grapes in vine yard
The blond curls are acting like springs
Her arms are spread like butterfly wings
Her cheeks are rosy, hands fragile
She's wearing a purple gown, catchy style
Some more drops trickle, tickling her toes
She feels the dew drops, off she goes
The little friend is still out of her reach
Light on, light off, it is dancing with beat
While her appearance is messy, no more neat
The naughty little one is fading and glowing
The water from waterfall is freely flowing
With another splash, shoo and jump
She catches it near the ancient hand pump
Carefully she closes her little fists
Sits lightly and loosens her wrists
Sees the fire fly circling with perplexity
She opens her hands, ends all complexity
The little friend is glowing again, happy and free
She's sitting comfortably, totally glee
Seeing it jump and disappear in the dark
Mission accomplished, she leaves nature's park.
