Chapter 26 - What a Shame

"What are you talking about?" JongDae argues, "I..." JongDae says, and the desk phone rings, MiYoung runs over and picks it up. JongDae looks at BaekHyun, "Can I know what's going on? I thought we get along well." JongDae says trying to know the problem.

BaekHyun shakes his head, "Nothing wrong, it is my fault." He says

MiYoung covers the receiver; she looks at her boyfriend's back.

"Oppa, your father wants to talk to you." She speaks with lovely voice.

JongDae quickly runs over. The girl watches her boyfriend rushing out of the office. All BaekHyun wants to do is quickly leave this building. However she doesn't want to spare him. MiYoung follows the man back to his room. He knows her present, but acts as if he doesn't see her at all. MiYoung dreamingly watches his anger. If he doesn't love her, he won't be extremely mad. If he doesn't love her, he won't be this angry. If he doesn't love her, he won't be so disappointed. BaekHyun cleans up the folder, and his belonging,

"You know, if you leave here, you may not have a chance to see me again." MiYoung speaks.

The boyfriend remains silent. He keeps cleaning up, and his back is facing her. The weird thought disappears; her eyes now turn back to normal. She blinks, walks over, and stands next to him, "If I told you, one of the main reasons for me to work here is for you. Do you believe me?" She speaks

"Oh really, thank for that." He says not looking at her. BaekHyun puts the book inside the big box

"I still have the keys to you house." MiYoung still makes fun of him

"I won't move, but don't worry, I will change the lock right after leaving here." BaekHyun says

MiYoung pulls his hand, "BaekHyun...,"

He looks at her and carries the box, "You always said we have something to talk, now just talk. I have ten minutes."

"You are doing this for MinAh." Said MiYoung.

"MinAh plays no part in this. You should know the reason. I'm leaving because you force me to leave." He argues.

MiYoung stares at him, studying his crazy emotion,

"Miss. Kim, if you have no other thing to talk, may I be excuse." He says and walks out

"The relationship between JongDae and me is not as same as what you have thought."She loudly yells.

BaekHyun turns back, tears are on his eyes. This time, it hurts him badly.She keeps lying and lying,

"Prove it; you don't want to leave this place. You don't want to leave him, and I know for sure you will choose him but not me." He says

Her brother rushes inside the office,

"JiEun," JongDae calls. He breathlessly staring at BaekHyun.

"Du oppa," She announces. BaekHyun blinks; tears suddenly drops down. The words that comes out from her is not as what he has expected.

"Can I know what has happen here?" JongDae asks pulling BaekHyun's hand

BaekHyun stands still; the sentence is like a big hammer hitting his head. He stares directly at her. The angry shape on her face disappears. His tears hurts her heart.

"Ya...," JongDae calls, pulling the two birds back to reality, "Tell me, what's going on?" the brother asks again pulling his sister's hand.

MiYoung hits JongDae's shoulder, "Actually, this is your fault." She speaks,"if you accepted my offer this morning, this won't happen. You can't blame your little sister."
