August POV

'Serayah McNeill"
I decided to be nice and ask.
"Hey, what's your name?"
"Serayah McNeill"
"Oh you sit over here beside me". I said
"Thanks, by the way my name is August Alsina". I said holding my hand out and she shook it.
"Hi how are you" she said
"Good how bout you".I said
"I'm fine. So what brings you to Nola." I asked
" Well my dads jobs gets bounced around and we never stay in the same place so its really my dads jobs but im originally from Atlanta."she said
"Well its the same for me but its my mom. My dad was never in our life he always came and gone he never really stayed." I said

He's a police officer, what about your mom, what does she do?"
"She's a manager at a company."
We got so caught up in talking that I didn't realize our teacher started class.
"Mr. Alsina and Ms. McNeill" im glad that you guys are communicating but I need you guys to stop talking."
"Sorry" we both said
"Its OK" she said
"Now we are going to do an assignment where you take the words WELCOME BACK  and create different words with them.
We really weren't paying attention we were to busy writing notes.
"Have you had a past boyfriend"

"I can't wait to be your first"
"Woah slow down!"
"What? You like me tho right?"
"But, I just met you"I said
"Where you live?"he asked

"I live on the 4th block on the left side the green house with white lawn chairs" he said with a smile

"Omg that house always brightened my mood cause of the bright colors." I said a little relieved
