*** I am aware that this has some spelling errors, but I will fix them later, if you see them please point them out. It will make it easier for me to find them!
Anyway, I hope you like it, I will add and edit this later on as well 😁***
It all started the first time I saw him. I was walking through the parking lot of my old high school. Tall guy with dark, sort of curly hair, red athletic shorts and a white t-shirt. But that wasn't even the best part, sure he was so god damn attractive, but there was something else about him that made me so curious.
In five seconds I had already imagined what it could be like being his friend. But then reality hit me and I sighed disappointed because I knew that would never happen. Cute guys like that didn't become friends with people like me... I knew I wasn't in a movie, so i shrugged it off and walked away.
Time passed, about three weeks later or so I went over to my friend's lunch table. I was carrying about ten books that I intended to read just because I loved reading that much. I started talking to her about our plans for that weekend and how she was going to come over to my house.
The funny thing was that I acknowledged the guy's presence sitting right next to her, but I tried to ignore him and kept on talking. I talked a lot, so it took me a while to finally shut up, and once I did she introduced me to him.
Apparently, he had just moved to our school from Mexico, and he didn't know anybody. They shared a few classes together so they became friends.
When I turned to look at him he was staring at me a bit shocked, I assumed it was either because of my books or how much I talked, but then he smiled, he smiled that beautiful smile of his and showed off his gorgeous dimples. That's when my head went OMFG YOU COULD BECOME FRIENDS TOO!
Yeah, my mind did that.
So we introduced each other and that was that. I didn't stay to eat, because I had somewhere to be and it wasn't my lunch period yet, so I said my goodbyes and walked away.
Later on my teacher changed our lunch time because he thought it was more appropriate for the class to go earlier and because he wanted to anyway, so after that I started eating lunch with my friend Ale and her friends, one of them including him.
At first, I didn't really make much of it, we became acquainted, but we didn't talk much. However, after a while we started to become closer I guess, and we would joke around and tease each other. He started making jokes about me having a crush on him and I would just roll my eyes and say something mean about how ridiculous that was. At first I was completely honest and I just laughed it off. We were friends, and friends did that all the time right?
Anyway, he started making me sit right next to him everyday, he would annoy the hell out of me until I moved places if I wasn't sitting by his side, I thought it was both cute and hilarious, but cute in a friendly way. Of course, people can think their friends are cute, or not?
Well I thought it was normal, okay, so time went on and after many weeks and months of us constantly teasing each other and making fun of one another something changed.
One day I overheard him and another guy friend talking about a girl, or two actually, he was trying to chose who he was going to ask out. I didn't ask anything, nor did I try to hear more about the subject. I shrugged it off even though something about that news made me feel a bit upset. I couldn't understand why, maybe because he had never mentioned it to me. Who knows.
A few days later he announced that he was seeing someone, she lived in Mexico though, so it was a long distance relationship.
We congratulated him and moved on to another subject.
