P R O L O G U E
In a city surrounded by towering walls, no one enters and no one leaves. Society is divided into seven groups; from the powerful and wealthy at the top to the forgotten and poor at the bottom. You're born into your place, and the only direction you can fall is down.
Nova was born in F, the lowest tier; a world of smoke, hunger, and crime. Her future was written before she could dream of changing it. But when a stranger offers her a chance to join his team and escape the city, she says yes; even if it means risking everything.
Together, a group of young outcasts will attempt the impossible: to climb through every level of the city, defy the system that keeps them trapped, and find what lies beyond the walls. But freedom always comes with a cost and not everyone will make it out alive.
Welcome to the beginning of my story. I'm so excited (and a little nervous) to finally share it with you. I've been writing this for the past year, but now I am finally proud of what I wrote.
I'll try my best to post at least once a week, and maybe even twice if life gives me a little breathing room. I truly hope you'll enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed creating it.
