Percy needed Athena's blessing to marry Annabeth so he got Blackjack to tickle his nose with a feather. Then Percy sneezed and Athena said bless you, forgetting that Percy needed her blessing. Percy proposed to Annabeth and afterwords Athena yelled "That's not what I meant!" while the gods laughed. It was a story told for eons to Percabeth's desendants.
