Movie 1: Spider-Man
This story focuses on Spider-Man in college and dating Gwen Stacy, He's got 6 year experience in dealing with minor villains in quick flashbacks such as Rhino, Vulture, Hydro Man and Beetle. Harry and MJ are his best friends and it takes inspiration from Tobey, Andrew and Tom's interpretations
When a villainous group known as the Serpent Society appears and uses a serum made by Conners to turn everyone into New York into maddened lizard people. Spider-Man teams up with a group of heroes which consists of Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Nova and White Tiger to stop them, a simple street level start to this MCU
Post credits would be an imprisoned Conners getting bailed by a man...a man they call Kingpin

Movie 2: Hulk vs Wolverine
For this movie, I'd say it'll be split into an anthology with three different parts where they both come to play in the final act. Possibly like this:
Act 1: Logan arrives in Canada only to find local towns being destroyed but also searched by mutant hating thugs, after Wolverine slaughters them, he senses a strong smell and follows it. Wolverine would find that a small racist cult was killing mutants from scavenging the ruined local towns then sacrificing them for their "god", the Wendigo. They hired Wade to kidnap as many mutants as possible in exchange for lots of money. Wolverine would see them holding a girl hostage and about to kill her then he steps in to interfere but the girl activated claws of her own and helps him but after that, she runs away. Logan tries to chase her until he sees Deadpool
